Politics › How To Know Who You Are! by Mamaflex(op): 1:35pm On Jun 03, 2015 |
This article present a simple mental exercise program called"who are you?". It helps us answers to the question. For many people this question has gone unanswered since childhood. To know more about ourselves is vital to ensuring quality success and happiness in life.
"Who are you?" Is a 20 minutes mental exercise program for relaxing the and finding more about ourselves. The exercise is divided into two parts:
*The first part of the exercise is asking"who are you?" for ten minutes, looking at the mirror.
*The second part of the exercise is "writing notes" for ten minutes.
PART ONE: Seeing into yourself. 1. Look yourself into the mirror and look into your eyes, stay silent for a minute and take a few relaxing breaths.
2. Note that the expression on your face will begin to drop.
3. Notice what thoughts are coming to your mind, and ask yourself the question"who are you?" keep looking into your eyes and then, every 20-30 seconds repeat the question for about ten minutes.
4. Ask the question and watch the thoughts that are coming in your mind from all the directions, mull over what thoughts are coming to your mind. - The key is not doing anything and just relax. You will see that the mind will just relax gradually, the breath will ease and you can feel your belly with every breath you inhale.
5. After the first ten minutes, half of the exercise is over. |

But what is anybody business with the wristwatch she is wearing? Thank God it wasn't after her husband has taken over. They would have said its was looted money she use to buy it.
This is to show that whatever you see on her henceforth is her worth. |

MosquitoREBIRTH: Areafada, just try to re-watch the interview. He said foreigners are notsupposed to be fighting BH "more than" us. He said, the NA should lead the battle. God bless you. That was what I read too. Is it that these mofos didn't get it, or they are just trying to be stupiid? |

Built2last: Politics is crazy. If memory serves me right. Jonathan involving our neighbours was wildly criticised by many APC supporters including myself. Some of us felt the giant of Africa is too big and so do not require the assistance of our neighbours to weed out the rascals called Bokoharam. But for the general to tow same line now. I need to apologise to GEJ. Its obvious there are things people up there know we have no clue about. Whatever is done to weed out those vampires is welcome.
My conscience wont allow me read this and not apologise to GEJ and his security team, i do appologise. I judged you wrong... I remember when he said during his campaign, that he will ensure the neighbouring countries corporate with him to fight the insurgents. What he criticized about Gej was that, the neighboring countries were now the ones fighting MORE than Nigeria. |

barcanista: So he is going to seek for external coorperation? The same Buhari that criticised Jonathan for doing same? What a clownish old corrupt general. I remember when he said during his campaign, that he will ensure the neighbouring countries corporate with him to fight the insurgents. What he criticized about Gej was that, the neighboring countries were now the ones fighting MORE than Nigeria. |

Abmarshalo: On the 29th of May, during the inauguration of Muhammadu Buhari and Yemi Osibanjo, it's a tradition by the Nigerian Military to release white birds which signifies peace to fly.
However, most of the pigeons did not fly at all and for those that flew, they just patched on poles which signifies UNCERTAINTY OF THE NEW GOVT.
In the past, when the pigeon cage is opened, they fly over the venue and never return. That's change for you. No more business as usual. |
