Stay with the notebook for 10 minutes , you can write as much as you like or may be even a line or two. Exercise done.

After you are done with the 10 minutes of writing, do not open the notebook again for the rest of the day.

Repeat the 20 minutes "Who are you?" exercise only the next morning. Do it once and you will know for how many more days you want to keep doing it.
