Salpingitis is inflammation of the fallopian tubes, triggered by bacterial infection. This condition is a common cause of female infertility because the inflammation can damage the fallopian tubes. Treatment options include antibiotics. Salpingitis may have no symptoms, but signs may include abnormal vaginal discharge, spotting between periods, painful periods, pain during ovulation or sex and lower back pain. Almost all cases are caused by bacterial infection, including sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhoea and chlamydia. The inflammation prompts extra fluid secretion or even pus to collect inside the fallopian tube. Infection of one tube normally leads to infection of the other, since the bacteria migrates via the nearby lymph vessels.

Salpingitis is one of the most common causes of female infertility. Without prompt treatment, the infection may permanently damage the fallopian tube so that the eggs released each menstrual cycle can't meet up with sperm. Scarring and blockage of the fallopian tubes is the most frequent long-term complication of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) and so this condition can sometimes be referred to as PID. However, the umbrella term of PID includes other infections of the female reproductive system, such as the uterus and ovaries.

come and see drama this evening ooo.
i forgot my ovatel microscope on the window where i left it to air-dry, while getting ready for work this morning. when i got home, i didnt see it. my 3 year old had lost it. i almost wanted to turn to a mad woman. i started shouting, where is my microscope? i left it here at the window. my hubby was like, which one be microscope again? i swept and upturned the whole house. later saw it outside.

@prettyoyin. presees is a fertility lubricant. its better than others, cos it dosent kill d sp cells. it helps d dh's swimmers meet d egg.
@goldengift. my dh uses addyzoa. you can also get fertileaid for men, motility boost and count boost. also, a complete treatment for male infertility takes at least 3months.

@apple19. am presently in clomid 50mg daily for 5days, and am taking it with my vitamines(b12,C,E &folic acid) which i started about 2weeks ago.
i dont know what other sabi mamas take together with clomid.

find out what the child likes. involve her in discussions. ask her questions in class. let her see you as a friend, only then can she open up yo you. if she recoils from your assistance, dont give up, continue until you earn her trust. then she will listen to you.

@nnetriplet. thank GOD you are ok. what about your dh swimmers? are they ok? he has to also test. cos it takes 2 to make a baby.
since you have not really been bding well with you hubby since you married, you need to be consistent with d db. also track you ovulation, so as to be precise. as per the hosp, its ok. i use it. just that its always crowded and i lose a whole day of work, any day i want to go.

@nnetriplet. the first step is going for testing. convince your hubby to go for a semen fertility analysis test. you, go see a gyn/consultant. the only one i know in ph is continental fertility hosp, at NTA Rd Mgbuoba. by Location. Opp Bobby Filling station. But i must warn you, people dey plenty ooo. you must go very early.
But you may also go for these tests in your own- pelvic scan. hormone assay test and also ovulation monitoring.
you will have an idea of what is wrong when you are done with all these test.
