Uterus:- retroverted and normal size. slightly inhomogeneous myometrim. no remarkable nodule seen.

Endometrium:- thickness within normal limit, (9.4) Lining intact. however multiple areas of echogenic foci are noted. Scarilization 2° healing with fibrosis. No intracavitory mass seen.

Adnexae:- ovaries are normal in size and echo pattern. noted appreciable follicles are: (R) ovary- 2.30cm dominant, 2.1cm preceeding.
(L) ovary- 1.4cm dominant; others insignificant.

Cul de sac:- unremarkable.

Any need for cyclogest?

my dh's sfa result last yr april was even worse than these, only 2% motility with 12 million sp. cells.
he has bn on medications. though he does not take it religiously, but i have seen and noticed a significant improvment. we will still test again soon.
Anyway, dont mind ur dh. men r like that. they dont like to feel that they r d problem at times.
In addition, if he smokes and drinks heavily; appeal to him to stop or at least to reduce it.
cigar toxins kill sp.e.rm cells like fire.
am talking frm my own expereince.
It will end in praise. #dontdespair

after bd, dh semen pours out so much even if i elevate my hip with pillows and even sleep off, when i wake maybe d next day and stand, d thing will just pour out. kai! what is the problem and whats the cure. any experiences?

can hsg predict O? am contemplating using one stone to kill 2 birds.

1. i will kneel and bow my head on d floor in adoration to GOD.
2.Try to suppress d desire to call dh on d phone and wait for him to come, so i can see the glorious expression on his face.
3. Cuddle my son and tell him to expect his 'tata' which he has talking about for a while now.
4. Testify here on NL to my wonderful e-sisters.
5. keep d news close to my heart for a while.
6. tell my sibilings and mom-in-love (she's wonderful)
7. look forward to real bumping.
8. go baby shopping.
9. take loads of pictures.
10. cant wait to have my baby(ies) in my arms.

God pls bring it to pass this cycle. i trust in YOU.

i dont know much about union diagnostics, but i have not heard good reviews about that place. Other sabi mamas will throw some light on the place and tell you better places where u can do laparascopy in lagos. Also, i will suggest u get the details of ur hormone profile and paste it here, so our mamas can help interprete it and tell u wat and wat u need to do to augument ur gynea's measures.
As for the block tubes, i learnt here that serrapeptase capsules and gufieo bao can do wonders in clearing tubes. Read previous posts on them and learn more.

Hsg will determine the state of the tubes.
Flushing will remove blockages and open tubes.

You must do a hsg before flushing.
but you cannot do flushing without knowing what you want to flush, which is the reason for hsg first, then flushing if there's a blockage.

d last hsg i did 1yr ago showed only right tube patency and partial cervical adhesion. i will b finishing my serrapeptase by tomorrow and was considering doing flushing by my next cycle before another hsg, to check if d scarring and tube have bn cleared.
is it ok to go ahead wit d flushing?

@rejoice03. in my own very limited knwoledge,i tink ur dh's SFA is more than ok. its wonderful. 89milliin count per ml, 40% motility. nice

Mamakendra how long do you bleed for? HSG should be done 2 or 3 days after bleeding stops. because for a 25 day cycle you might ovulate on CD10 and you don't want to expose the follicles to radiation.
