Have a history of 1 miscarriage and second preg was given duphaston cuz was spotting. Late last year, had DUB for 5weeks and stopped on its own with much prayers. I feel sign of O every month even with preg signs only for AF to show. Now am at crossed road. Can I take d vit b 6 to boost prog level cuz O is approaching.

dont know much about vitb6 and prog.
But i know that the best scan for ovula.tion tracking is TVS. Normal scan can not accurately measure the size of the eggs.
there us nothing to b afarid of in tvs. it is not painful. if u r uncomfortable with a male doin it, ask them for a female radiologist.

BFP = big fat positive. (ie positive preg test)
BFN= big fat negative (negative pt)
have u done hormonal assay, hsg and checked out ur dh(darling husband's) fluid?
if u hvnt done all these, pls do so u can know where to start from.

but i think u should track ur ovu with TVS, becos u r using clo.mid, so as to b sure u u ovulated and to also determine the thickness of the linning and ser if u really need medications for it.

For the ewedu therapy:
Rinse N50 worth of it or more. Blend (that's the fastest way I get it done, instead of slicing). Boil for 5mins Max. No potash. No oil. Add only fish or crayfish. Take from af to o.

Take 50mg Vit. B6 for 1 month or 3months(if your prolactin levels are over the range). Take b6 only after O. stop at af . Continue if bfp.

Note: Ewedu lowers prolactin and gives quality ewcm. Vit. b6 is simply progesterone.

Please my people help me interpret this HSG result. The outlined cervical canal appears grossly normal. Opacified uterine cavity is retoverted. The left fallopian tube has been outlined with evidence of free intraperitoneal spillage of contrast. Only the proximal part of the right fallopian tube has been outlined.

i still dey learn, but can see from the result that ur left tube is patent (ok) but the right tube is not clear.
the test says nothing about ur ovari.es nor ur endometrium lining
u didnt also spacify d day of cycle that the hsg was done.

hello dear, I think u can check from cd 12 n u will have to confirm if u O'd with tvs. U can also use ovula.tion calculator (babymed) on google, dats if ur cycle is regular. Ewcm isn't d only sign for O. I hope ds helps.

also, if u dont normally see EWCM pls buy preseed and bd with it. cos sp.e.rm cells dont live long in a womans body when there is no ewcm. ask for it in any big pharmacy.

@udoomama. TVS is d best for follucular tracking.
also, CD12 may be too late if ur cycles r like 25-26days.
i hv a 26days cycle. did my TVS on CD10, got 2.3cm eggs and triggered on the same day.
so wat am saying is, ur cycle determines whn you start tracking.
most opks(predict inclusive) are not very reliable.
