apart from the need to chart temp and test with ur 2 wonder opks -clearblue and wondofs, there is nothing so new, engaging or enlightening about ur yrs of research on natural conception.

@mummyesther. i am on Doctor Best's serrapeptase 40,000 iu. i take it 2in d morning and 2@ nite. thats a total of 160,000 iu. Started about 10 days ago.
i dont knw whr u can get the 250,000 iu of it.

@iomoge. yes ooo. it worked for the aya. but i had to add water intermittently

for the mamas that want to blend or extract juice from 'aya' and dates, pls remove the seed from the dates before you blend.
i just burnt my jucie extractor while trying to extract from dates and aya. the seed of dat date is stronger than stone self. me no know
now i hv to shop for another jucie extractor.

@mummyosayande. was also web shopping for the same thing oo, with serrapeptase. though i eventually just ordered for the serrapeptase now on kaymu. let me start with that one first.
from mt search, for d 3 days the stuff is inside u, u stay offf bd, then u hv a 3 day break, wit which u can bd. after that, you start the cycle again till u exhaust the 6 pills. i think u may hv to stay off the regime during af and O. (just my opinion)

My story.
Married for 4years. have a 3yr old son. Been TTCing for 2yrs and 2months. last hsg last year september, shows only one patent tube. have partial adhesion, every other thing -ok. no miscarriage. weight 93kg.af is regular. As at last test last yr april, hubby had 12mill sp cell with just 8% motility, with just only 2% actively directional. started a 3months regime of addyzoa, 2months ago.
