mvphenryeto5: I am not disputing that, but some of the so-called immigration lawyers are out there just to scam innocent people who are eagerly looking for work permits. Some of them are charging over $25k, and they don't even have any legitimate LMIA job offers. My friend makes sure you're in the right hands and thinks twice before you do it. 1 Like |

Zoey1: The procedure for getting 1 or the 3 year shengen visa is as @ashirioluwa pointed out in her comment. That is just the rule, and you can read this on the shengen visa information manual. I’m not saying that you’re lying, but I have not seen anyone who gets a 1-year for his or her first Shengen visa application. I know those with extensive travel history do get 3-month visa for their first shengen visa applications, not one year. My first Schengen visa was issued for one month while that of my partner was 2-week visa. Today, we both have 3-year visas. |
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by mamawa123: 4:46am On May 12 |
I am filling out visitor visa applications for a mother and daughter. The estimated travel expenses for the two of them, including tickets and hotel, are about $2000. They are going for 7 days. Please, how do I answer these questions for the daughter, who is less than 4 years old? 1. How much money are you personally planning to spend on your visit to the UK? I don’t know how to answer this. Should I put the plane ticket alone or what? I estimate the plane ticket for the daughter to be $550. 2. What is the total amount you spend each month? Should I put zero for her. |

Good morning, guys! Please, I need information on how to apply for a UK visitor visa for an adult and her 3-year-old child. How do I apply for both applications together, if possible? If not, can I use the same email address for both applications? The applications are for a mother and her daughter. |

Let him answer the question. There’s no way corruption can be eradicated or reduced in this country because we the citizens are the real problem. We don’t allow the authorities to do their jobs. |

Eriokanmi: Canada visas used to be one of the toughest to get for Nigerian passport holders, especially those with no travel history, until things changed recently towards the end of 2022. In 2022 and 2023, we see that the number of those with no travel history whose visas were approved increases tremendously. But at any rate, it’s better do it yourself than going through an agent. 1 Like |

Romance / Be Mindful Of What You’re About To Post On Social Media by mamawa123: 5:56pm On Apr 23 |
We need to be mindful of what we say or post on social media because it might come back to haunt us. My cousin met a guy in late 2022, and their relationship was good up until early this month. Her boyfriend took her to the UK and Cancun this past February, and he even proposed to her on Valentine's Day in Cancun. I believe she was really in love with this guy, but her friends who are jealous of her and her relationship ruined everything, all because of the series of things she posted online before she met her boyfriend. One of her friends, who was jealous of the relationship, sent my cousin's old social media posts to my cousin's boyfriend. Some of the posts. “I don’t give a damn about any love, and I am not going to be loyal to any man. I go where money goes” “Don’t come here to preach love to me because that 4 that letter words is not in my dictionary” “I don’t know why women get upset when their partners cheat on them, as for me, I don’t care if you cheat on me or not……….I am bleeping any man that can pay the price” He called her about two weeks ago to break the bad news: "I am no longer interested in this relationship." Now she’s down crying, and the boyfriend stop picking calls. |
