I guess u're buying from the guy in Abuja, they're modular banks and not user serviceable, so beat that in mind.
Secondly, the capacity test he performed (he only showed me one test results indicated a 98% capacity is available for use.
If u're okay with that,I don't think it's a bad deal at the price he quoted. If u're a bit handy, u can create a cover to insulate all terminals and u're good to go.

You may consider going the DIY route. I have a 48V 10AH battery for my ebike, when I wanted longer range I had to go the DIY route. I sourced 3.2v 22ah batteries from China and upgrade to 48v 22AH...best money I spent. I doubled the range and performance
