With an ND, that's your correct grade level... Conhess is used for health workers.
So while ND holders start on Grade 6 in other places, in the health system where Conhess is used, they start on Conhess 5. While Graduates in other places start on GL8, in health system it is Conhess 7.

2. How much is the salary of a newly employed Non clinical staff in a federal hospital. Are they paid using Conhess like nurses too ?

1. In Fmcs and Teaching hospitals, they're placed on Conhess 7, same as those with degrees.

2. The salary is the same as that of nurses as they're paid using Conhess, the only difference is that they have allowances non clinical staff don't have, that is shifting allowance, uniform allowance and call duty allowance.

Got caught up during religious crisis in Jos in 2010. There were corpses by the road side and Hausa boys were almost on our car, banging and stoning... Some elders standing by told them to let us drive through, that they'd had enough of these fights.

That was how we drove through zololo junction to the University Main Camp with corpses lying on the ground....

Yes.... both will be on the same level, in fact, the younger graduate might even head the older fellow, were they to actually follow who assumed duty first.

I gave my connect the fcsc number, don't really know his plan and I didn't tell him the particular ministry. To teach federal govt school is not easy, the students are too many. The ones I have taught in private school I know how stressful it can get.

Pray his connect too is tight.... My friend has a BA History and he works in a unit in Accident and Emergency Dept of a teaching hospital.... He says two of those in his unit are Nce holders.... j

With due respect sir, don't argue over what you are not sure of.
They did release letters, some were called last year ending for re capturing and they were paid January salary.... Though there are lots of others, about 620 I think, waiting for recapturing.
Just yesterday I found out some out of those affected have a watsapp group where these things are discussed.
In fact to clear your doubt, I refer you to Premium newspaper..... just type 'ASCSN meets Officials from ministry of education'... and see the outcome, and this meeting was last week.

Demands
The contentious issues between the union and
the ministry include the non-payment of
promotion and salary arrears; non-payment of
first 28 days allowance in lieu of hotel
accommodation; non-capturing of officers
recruited since 2018; refusal to sign and
implement the agreement reached on the
management and ownership of the staff
nursery and primary schools (SNAPs); and
refusal to implement without any precondition,
the directive of the President, Muhammadu
Buhari , on the extension of retirement age or
service year of education officers in federal
unity colleges (FUCs).
Resolutions
The ministry promised to pay all outstanding
promotion and salary arrears of workers for
2018 and 2019 on or before April 30.
It also said at least 919 officers of the newly
recruited staff already captured and are placed
on payroll will receive their December and

I got the fcsc form and I studied education, does it mean they will put me under the minsitry of education like a teaching job, I really don't want to teach but I can work in the minsitry as administrative officer.

If it's under ministry of education, most of those with educational background were employed as teachers.... If it's a different ministry or agency or parastatal on the other hand, those with educational background are employed as admin staff.
However, in this Nigeria, anything is possible, that is those with educational background in ministry of education can still be converted to admin staff
