Afcon 2023

Group. E

Tunisia
Mali
South Africa already out. wink

All those teams would qualify.

Afcon 2023 Group Stage is Set!!!

We know our opponents! No more uncertainty

#MDAfcon23

6 groups means 4 3rd place teams would qualify in addition to top 2 in each group. Qualification from the group is not a big deal.

This is the best answer to those crying about ancestral home. So many immigrants in foreign land are not even planning to go back to their ancestral land. Yet people who should be living in peace with each other, having gone through war before are fighting over religion and irrelevant matters.

The worst is when you see supposedly educated people in foreign land with no affinity cheering either sides on.
Segregation in the form of religion and tribe has dealt with humans.

Whatever you do , don't support a side in this war.

Both Israel and the Palestinians have right grievances. Israel was formed because for decades they were subject to racist persecution in all the countries they were dispersed in. Even then, most of them were not Zionists, or thinking of heading back to Palestine, until the events of 1933-45 finally convinced them

In the process, they chased out a lot of Palestinians from their land, and most of those people ended up in refugee camps. And they are still there, and they suffer a lot.

And don't use the argument that Israel used to live in that land. If we used that argument, by extension a lot of people living in many parts of the world would have to vacate their current land because they are not the original settlers. Not just Israel, African, European American , etc...would all have to go back home...since it isn't their land.

I've gone from backing Israel to being neutral. Both sides are evil, and both sides are wrong and both are also right. And yes, I am angry with Hamas, but Israel has bombed the Gaza strip for years, and thousands have died. Hamas, Hezbollah and co too have done their worset...which is why there are fences, and high security, and suffering in the Palestinian lands.

But at the end of the day, both Israel and Palestine have to come to an understanding. Both have to make compromises. Because all i see is the usual killing and killing and killing....and at the end nothing happens.

Maybe the world should just leave both sides to deal with each other, until they both recieve sense.

Those two can't agree. What each group preach is: Mistrust, Hate, Inhumanity, Unrepentant, Unforgiiveness, Apartheid. Fueled by religion
The discord is unimaginable.

South Africa could have ended in that path but for a great man with forgiving heart like Mandela.

Nigeria is tending towards that path with the exchanges I see amongst the three major ethnic groups in Nigeria.

If the Napoli management had any ambition this season, they should sack their current coach after today's game !and probably bring in someone like Tuchel right now. With that they'd almost get a chance at clinching a trophy.

I'm sorry, not here for this.
I'm mostly on Nairaland when I need clear ma head.
My comment was a general one which applies to all things circuits.

AND that's why batteries HAVE current limiter ELSE the BATTERY would TRY to DRAW all THE current it needs in a single go

Batteries don't have current limiter. Their internal resistance is too small to effectively limit current.

It's good to be convinced about what you know but when you see differing opinion always go back and revalidate your claim.

The information you passed isn't correct. Someone referencing only that your post would be greatly misled.

Thanks.
Even if they pull more, it would never be too large to cause a short term damage.

Each phone has a sensing circuit to sense how much current the charger can supply but would limit the current it will take to what it can take.

If the current through the sensing circuit is too large it can cause it to blow and in the process take out other circuits around it.

no go there abeg bros

U need 1 point to qualify while your opponent needs 3 points and you hv the advantage of playing at home

First half was 1-1, common sense suppose tell you that in the 2nd half of the game that the opposition will attack your team like hell when they need 2 more points to qualify. The rightful thing to do is sit back, soak up the pressure and hit them on counter when you are blessed with pacy players like osaze, martins and odewingie

That game siasia bleeped up big time and I lost interest in him afterwards

This is not true. We needed a win. The entire team failed to realise that a goal margin is enough to seal qualification. No one cared to do the permutations. The match ended 2:2

The truth is waiting till last game to book qualification always puts pressure on a team. Guinea who had already qualified before the match were at advantage. Same hapend when we faced Angola for world cup quafier in 2006. Same hapend when we faced South Africa for a nation's cup qualifier. Same happened almost all the times we have failed to qualify. Hoping on the last game.

why are you playing emotional card, Siasia is a serial loser and no amount of laundry can undo that.

A losser. Mention any Nigerian coach with an Olympic medal. His failure with super eagles were actually rescue missions which failed.

I rate Shuaibu Amodu higher sha because of his success rate in rescue missions. He was out go to coach when the road to qualification seems closed.

after his tactical plunder against Guinea 🇬🇳 cost the team qualification to afcon 2011 Abi 2012

That match pain me enter bone marrow. I think the team needed a draw while the Guineans were gunning for 3 points to qualify

Guinea scored immediately the game started and nsofor equalized late in the first half

2nd half instead of siasia to be more conservative and defensive he took out 1 Abi 2 midfielders and brought in attackers which left the middle porous and the Guineans capitalized on it and scored a late minute goal to qualify 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Not correct.
NFF and the coach didn't know that a goal margin would have gotten us through hence were going for a 2 goal cushion in order to top the group. Administrative lapse.

Best four second place teams were to qualify and Nigeria would have finished as one of the second best team to qualify had it ended in a win of 1-goal margin. At 2-1 we were still going forward in order to score the second goal to top the group and qualify not knowing that 1 goal margin is enough.

Guinea would have still qualifed. As group winners if we won by 1 gioal margin or second best if we won by more than 1-gial margin. It was painful.

Again, Siaisa took the team from Equaveon after 2 matches had been played - Nigeria won home and lost an away match. Then there was serious fight between 2 parties who laid claim to NFF presidency at the time.

In his second attempt 2017 afcon qualifier, the draw against Egypt at home and draw against Tanzania away cost us (both matches were under Sunday Oliseh) Siasia failed in a rescue mission loosing to Eqypt in the final match.

Asides Stephen Keshi and Shuaibu Amodu, I rate Siasivas the best indigineous coach.

This is not true.

Many translations have it just that most MODERN translations don't.

Well the major reason for Its rejection is that, the text wasn't found in MAJORITY EARLY GREEK MANUSCRIPTS but only found in most Latin manuscripts. Which is late.

But the evidence is that most early Christians scholars both Greek and Latin already know about the word and alluded to it in their writings. So something must have gone wrong along the way of transmitting.

Ok

NO! Those sects with contradicting teachings and conflicting doctrines aren't Christians!

Satan planted his agents in the midst of Jesus' disciples in the first century {Matthew 13:25} the result is different religions under the control of different demons claiming Christians! 2Corinthians 11:14

That's why Jesus sent his true disciples to go and speak with interested ones in their homes one on one! Matthew 10:1-13

That's why Satan is using all his agents and their followers to criticize Jehovah's Witnesses because if you are allowed to pay attention to the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses you will know God's plan for faithful people! Matthew 5:11-12

What if Satan is using Jw to confuse others? What makes you think that yours is the truth?

For a start, not believing in miracle whereas the first Christians believed is a pointer that yours may not be the right one.

This is not to criticise your faith but to show you that you don't need to criticise others faith. You would have been an tribal worshiper if you were born into one.

I have come to realise that you can read the Bible and indeed any other holy book and make of it what you want to make of it, including using it for bad purposes.

How humans, especially Christians worship same God, argue and secregate on irrelevant doctrines while ignoring the great commandment is what I don't understand.

I disagree with your submission. Both transformer and transformerless inverters use transformers, just different kinds. The transformer based inverters uses low frequency transformers while the transformerless uses high frequency transformers.

You can't have an inverter without a transformer.

Sorry sir. You can have.
They are so many technology behind transformerless designs.
Some employ HF transformer, some don't.

The essence of the HF transformer and accompanying circuitry is to get 340Vdc, the bus voltage and not to invert (DC to AC). The inversion is done from 340dc and does not need transformer.

So many circuits design exist for stepping up to 340Vdc without the need for HF transformer.

Obasanjo did not win majority in Southwest in 1999 election. Yoruba did not vote for him. That's how liberal we are!

Create a thread in politics section and mention me. I'll join you there for this discussion.

Most of Tinubu's decisions are wrong probably because of his age, especially the ones he took rashly, without input from his advisers. The Tinubu of 1999 is not the same as Tinubu of 2023. Age is not just a number. When you grow old, you can't think and act as fast and sound as you were when ypu were young. Don't alow the adage that there's wisdom in old age deceive you.

This is not about APC vs PDP vs LP. It's unfortunate that majority of the voting population are people that poverty and illiteracy has beclouded their sense of judgement.

When you say the TransformerLESS inverter doesn't use a transformer, then what boosts the voltage from say 12v, to whatever level that's suitable for appliances? tongue

DC to DC converter then inverting as against inverting and then stepping up the AC.
TransformerLESS inverter uses the former.

The later is now done efficiently using toroidal transformer to step up the resulting AC. People still erroneously refer to this as transformerless because the transformer is different from the usual one they are used to.
