It means that the children MUST be physically sighted and questions asked to verify the authenticity of the parents'/applicant's!!

My contact there explained further that they added this process for security reasons/due diligence due to past experiences of "Fake" parents who turned out to be traffickers upon questioning/interviewing the children (Minors only)

if you never had e passport then you should apply as fresh

go on the nigerian immigration passport portal, click correction of data due to marriage..fill the form step by step… after completion the system will give you a reference number and then allow you to continue the process to applu for the passport. You wont pay more than the passport fee.

Job offer: November 2021, senior care worker
Cos: February 2022
Biometrics: 23 March 2022
Collected passport today.

I have been a silent reader for some time now and I can see that it is not very easy getting a job. I want to share my experience and I hope it can be of help.

I reside in Nigeria and I got this job through networking, basically through a family member in the UK. I do not have a health degree or certification. I was introduced to my employer and one key thing he asked me was if I could drive and I said yes. He basically wanted to know if I genuinely wanted to work as a carer. Afterwards, came the job offer. At that time they had just applied for their sponsorship license. I was asked to submit my passport data page in February and shortly after I was sent my Cos.
I did my TB test, got police clearance and the rest is history.
When it came to visa application I was worried because I didn't have any care certification but my employer told me I would be trained so that was not a problem.

One thing I try to do for all my visa applications is to keep it simple. Hence, documents I submitted are:
Cos, TB cert, Police cert, marriage certificate, UK MSc degree as proof of english, previous visas and travel history. Disclaimer: there are no hard and fast rule to this, submit documents according to your individual circumstances and follow what's on the ukvi website.

Based on my experience one thing I can advice is network, network and network with those you know in the UK, this is one way people get jobs, not just in health care but other sectors.
Secondly I noticed ability to drive is a major criteria, so if you don't know how to drive, you can learn. Although my employer mentioned that wages are higher for those who drive.

I hope my long epistle is helpful, I may not be able to answer all questions, but I will try as much as I can to give answers.

Great men and women, my main concern is seeing the numbers of Nlanders who get the interview, COS and ultimately, arrive UK going up just to encourage others in the house. Therefore, I will be bringing out emails, websites and even WhatsApp numbers you can chat and hit the COS.

There is a Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital which is the real hospital but not Princess Diana University Hospital. This is fake

The victim only got to know when he tried to submit his visa and the cos didn't work and started raising alarm. I spied the story on Facebook and realised these scammers are not playing. How do you create a full website and even have one or two LinkedIn profile for a hospital that truly doesn't exist. There is no Princess Diana University so how can there be a University hospital . His offer letter said he be working 56 hours 7 days a week. Been a foreigner he didn't even catch that was a red flag. Nobody offer would have said 7 days a week .they told him to pay for the visa fee , ihs directly to the agent which is another red flag he didn't know. You pay ihs and visa fee directly when applying. You don't need to pay this to any agent

Digest the information on Gov.Uk pertaining health and care and make sure you have the language test result, enough finance for the family, criminal record check (police check), tb test result for the family and other stipulated documents stated on your checklist….
