Yes DM for pictures. It is a good AirBnB to stay for a short time while hunting for a more permanent house. It is 600 CAD per week with further discounts if staying for 2-3 months. Fully furnished, room, sitting room, dining, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and all inclusive.

Hello all.
Please a family member applied for a fresh passport and online, she went for capturing on her appointment date and everything was done.
It's more than a month and now that we tried tracking online, we get the message Application not found, please try again. Is this normal?

Hi, I applied for renewal of passport and correction on my name since last week Thursday( 14th July ) through an immigration officer at ikoyi immigration office, up until now I haven't gotten an appointment date for capturing. I paid 120k and I was told I will be going to Abuja for the capture. Please does it take this time for the capturing date to come.

I missed the appointment date because a certain office tried to frustrate themselves and not me.
I stood up to them.
If you are an immigration officer here,shame, it is like after paying school fees, I will still give lecturer money to teach me.
You are payed by the government for the same work you are taking money from people for.

Every province/school board has a system of doing this. There is no one rule fits all.

When you land, locate a school/board closer to you and inquire from them. They would be the best to give you an up-to-date information.

they will be put in class based on their age and age only, for alberta kindergarten starts after the kid turns 5 years old

I noticed that "passport type" has two options- standard passport and Official passport
please which one am i selecting

Also for those in Lagos, between the three offices (Festac, Alausa and Ikoyi) which place is lenient for DIYers or which should i go for

Then part of the documents to have is the State of Orgin certificate. How are you guys getting that one please ?

So yesterday I finally picked up my passport (DIY) at the ikoyi Lagos immigration office. Captured on March 9th 2022. Been ranting on Twitter since day one of capturing , tagging ministry of interior , rauf aregbesola , the presidency , Nigeria info and NIS. Didn't even know it has been ready since May 31st lol. At a point i almost got discouraged and wanted fast tracking but fortunating the officer asked for my enrollment number and said no need for that , that my passport is out since. Well DIY works but not for the desperate and guess what , others who bribed also waited for atleast 2 months before getting there's, more still paying 45k - 65k for a 32 page 5 years passport. They all were shocked when I said I paid only 26k. The choice is yours you can bribe or DIY if you not desperate.

if they have high scores already why are they creating two profile. Some people have done it in the past. However the other profile has to be deleted when one gets ITA or else you have committed an offence. There are YouTube videos and old posts on it on canadavisa.com or so

Yes you can apply for a study permit.

Education doesnt have an age limit.

All you need to do is to ensure that the intended course is related to what you have been doing as self-employed.

You don't need IELTS for admission in a Canadian school, if you are a Nigerian and all your education from elementary school till University or Polytechnic were taught in English Language

People claim to have collected their passports and yet they are here looking for unassuming people to make money from.
This thread was created to help people obtain their passports the right way and do away with the wickedness of immigration officials who are deliberately maligning the system.
The minister of interior has tried to help, various times on this thread people have posted the anti corruption help line for use.
If you go to the passport office and are struggling, take the name of the officer and call the anti corruption helpline to complain right there on the spot and see what happens.
If anyone wants to wait for 1 year for passport what is your business? How does it affect the money in your account?

Also this is a lie from the bottomless pit of hell because passport payments expire in 1 year and nobody has ever waited 1 year for a passport. What sort of fear tactic is this?

If right thinking, you should be sad at what your home country Nigeria has turned to, not to turn around to brazenly defend wickedness.

Why does this only work in the south? Because southerners will always be wicked to each other. Why never shortage of passport in the North? Why dont they ask Northerners for 40,50,60, 80k for passport? Why always you fear crippled and corruption enslaved minds?

You are part of the problem why DIY will not work. If there are going to be 100 Applicants in a day, if even 80 go for diy on days 1 to 7, things will change. As the days go by, even the 100 applicants will become diy. As long as there are elements with aiding participants been the people applying for passport that continue to sabotage a system, it will not stop. Why is it not so brazen in the north?
The immigration official has no right to withold international passport from anyone.
Even on twitter, although it is hard to get their attention due to various tweets but if you send a complaint to the official NIS username and get a reply, your passport will come out. Alot of people have been helped. Get the name of the person terrorizing you in that office and call the helpline or tweet at them. It is working. Slowly but surely one might say.

I have gone to various passport offices, guess what??….. these officers read this thread!!! They come online everyday to check how their business is blossoming and how to continue. As long as you support their message, their wickedness gets renewed daily as they read what you all are saying here! Stop this! They are reading this thread, not heresay…

Any unethical unscrupulous element that comes to this thread to advertise for agents and their likes will surely collect. I will take it upon myself to shut all that encourage these useless acts down here.

2) Servicom only helped with arrangement, I took my file everywhere it’s meant to go I.e confirmation and approval but I finally took it back to Servicom ... So I didn’t write any name down...
3) I was give enrollment slip with number but no collection date... not sure of any one getting collection date

Final Note: Except you have a sure link, don’t pay any officer for fast track because the system is now difficult to beat except for top ranking officers, I heard many officers whose client were on their neck for fast tracking discussing on how they have been ignoring their calls as they was nothing to do

man was visibly venting at the NIS officer for frustrating his passport processing after paying above the official price for fast-track since 4months ago!!!
