Reading through the different posts and comments here, I must say a lot has changed and evolved since Part 1 of this thread. It’s been 5 years, of being a PR and now awaiting Citizenship callup. they said ten years, why are you now asking about 11 years If you read page one well or cic website you would have seen that there are no points for spouse experience gotten outside Canada. so only state in in personal history after getting ITA- someone asked same question yesterday.

Pls advice on this scenerio;

As the PA or dependant that had a previous work experience 11yrs ago (corporate job) but has been self employed after resignation till date....

1) Should this past work experience be stated anywhere in the EE application?

2) Should ONLY the self-employed status be stated as it's within the last 10years. Hence biz docs, and references from clients to suffice?

3)Does IRCC conduct background checks beyond the 10years window for work/job verification?

2. Tracked the status often on their portal....It was in PRODUCTION stage for 4wks! Not reliable!!

5. Met the PRO, an efficient lady, fair and slim who delivered excellent customer service to all those with complaints.

It ended in praise as I no give shishi [/b]to anybody despite their drama and deliberate delays

I think there is another way out, which is unpopular..A lady said she included her husband as accompanying after getting PPR as unaccompanied...She said it is legal tho not popular among people, maybe you can tow that path... You need to get ITA as soon as possible with that score as changes to EXPRESS ENTRY would commence from the 1st quarter of next year.. Good luck

Is the EE profile still active after getting ITA and accepting it or PPR?
If you add your spouse AFTER PPR, does it require IELTS and ECA ?

Finally got my passport last week Tuesday. God go punish them for that Ikoyi. Anyway, anybody expecting anything from Ikoyi at this point, forget about fast track o. There’s no such thing for now. They’re following strict approval to clear backlogs from Abuja.

Maybe it may change but the PCO is still very new so don’t let anybody collect your money in Ikoyi o. Enough said.

Also, if you track your passport and it’s in production, just go there to get updates or SERVICOM. I collected passport last week, and today it’s still showing production. Lol.

CAC alone will NOT suffice. Your clients can write a ref letter. You cannot write one yourself.

How should this scenerio be handled?

Tope applied for admission through study route for Sept intake while still in Naija in April....

She also applied for PR through Express Entry/PNP and entered the pool in May.....

She got ITA and Nomination in July, and PPR in August. She landed in Canada 1week to school resumption....
COPR +Study permit

How will she adjust her status as a landed PR from an international student with a study permit? What are the processes or consequences ? Is this even possible

BIL for spouse - 2nd June 2022
ADR :Remedicals for me and medicals for spouse 7th June 2022.
ADR : PCC for spouse 24th June 2022
ADR :upfront medicals for spouse - 28th July 2022 (This was previously sent via webform, but I uploaded the same medical information sheet given at the clinic since it was barely 6 months since the medical was done.
MEP- 29th July 2022
PPR 2- 9th August 2022.

It has ended in praise.
