Thank you for the response. I got it scanned and the error was detected as Gear malfunction. Now i was told the gear can be brought down and fixed but i want to be sure if it will be a wild goose chase and waste of money compared to buying a new Gear box.

Please i am really interested into venturing the oil and gas business by making supply of petroleum products but don't know how to go about it. Any ideas? i wouldn't mind having a partner with technical know how of this business. Serious comments would be appreciated. Thanks and God bless.

Thanks for your reply. The admission process was started early and on time but unfortunately my university didn't send my academic transcript on time. However, the transcript evaluation people sent my evaluated transcript to the school on Friday and i haven't heard anything since then. When i checked the school calender i saw that another session for the programme starts in October but i don't know if i can even defer till then since i haven't been granted admission for the one i applied to first which is supposed to resume July 22.

ApachaiHopachai: If you are applying for fall 2013 (looking at the start date of your programme) then I would say that its too late for that. Its typically advisable for international students to send in there application 6 months before the start of the programme. My candid advise is to apply for spring 2014.

Hello House...Please i'll like to know how long the processing time for admission to be granted and i-20 issued. I am applying for a PG programme. My evaluated transcript arrived at the school i applied to on Friday and i haven't heard words. The programme begins on the 22nd of July and i am starting to get worried. Responses from our experts in the house would be appreciated.

Hello house...please I have a question to throw to he house. Are there schools in Canada that accept 3rd class to sudy straight into masters degree. Secondly do all schools in canda require you to pay tuition upfront if granted admission before travelling.

wabi_wabi_91: Good evening. My visa was approved this afternoon. I went to the lagos embassy. The interview was less than 2 mins and I was not asked to present any documents. (Lucky me- my bank statement had only 2 million, required amount is 8 million).

Here is how the dialogue went.

VO: good morning, please pass me your documents
Me: good morning *i pass documents*
VO: where are you going?
Me: Purdue University, Indiana
VO: *looks at my passport and notices I have 2 I-20s* are you are you a renewal applicant?
Me: something like that. I studied at Purdue from 2008 till 2010, and now I'm going to complete my bachelor's degree.
VO: why did you stop in 2010?
Me: my mother, who was my sponsor passed away.
VO: I'm sorry
Me: its ok
VO: who is paying for your studies?
Me: my godfather
VO: does he live here in Nigeria or in the US
Me: here in Nigeria
VO: how long have you been in nigeria since you came back?
Me: 3 years
VO: *looking through my passport and checking out previous visas I have been issued* how many countries have you visited?
Me: 2, the US and the UK

No documents were requested. I think this is because I am pretty well traveled (4 prior US visas, 5 prior UK visas) and because I've studied in the US previously. It was pretty cool. Oh and I saw Tony Tetuila at the embassy.

The strange thing is that I didn't get the green slip, just the pick up information letter. I hope this won't be a problem. Anyhow, that's it. Best of luck to all the others.

babsharon: if such happen, mail ur skool if they can provide u a letter for the extension of resumption date so that u take to embassy or u defer the admission to next semester.

OjaP: There are good schools who accept between 2.3 - 2.4/4.0(third class) depending on major. More reason why I asked for his proposed major.
