Men actually need to do better. One of the cheapest commodity on the market right now is puna, why jeopardize your life over a fleeting moment? For the records, a lot has changed in the law concerning rape. The Violence against Persons Prohibition Act already prescribes life imprisonment upon conviction for rape and also, as against the old criminal code law, the VAPP has expanded the scope of what falls under rape, so using a biro, or key or finger or anything for that matter to penetrate another person either in their mouth, anus, or vajay grounds a charge for rape. Kings, be wise and don't throw your life away for nothing especially when there are a lot of randy easy women around. |
It is what it is. If you're not done with the late wife, don't marry a new one. No woman will be comfortable waking up to see the photograph of her husband's late wife on the wall. she'll feel like she's playing second fiddle. The man can keep late wife photos in his photo album, wallet, drawer, wardrobe etc. |
Shege has no friends or foes. Shege does not discriminate. Shege is egalitarian. Shege loves everyone equally. But shege is not a meddlesome interloper or intruder, for you to see shege, you must have invited it pon yourself. Let's get ready and wait for shege promax. |

Light78:I would have engaged you in a further discuss but apparently you lack the capacity to engage people holding opposing views to yours without degenerating into insults and name calling. |
Last days are a series of escathological events that'll herald the advent of messiah then the judgement day especially in the Abraham religions. But I say they are all made up stories to keep adherents in check and also in fear which is one of the tools used in staying in business. Without last days, no one will care about the three Abraham religions. |
Sad. A state of emergency needs to be declared in the south west with respect to human sacrifice for ritual purposes. I'm not saying it doesn't occur in other regions, but it's alarmingly high in the south west |

GanagiBitrus:Before you thank God for oyibo, who do you think the poachers are? Africans will not hunt for food in a game reserve, but poachers will encroach game reserves to poach animals. |

Some people go just dey Jones. 1. A fiduciary relationship exists between a doctor and his patient, he breached that. 2. Professionalism demand you don't get into some things with your patient, he messed that too. They should do more to him. |

seguno2:Well, I've always known that one of the most formidable machineries most government keep and maintain is their propaganda machinery ready to dish out lies, half truths and untruths. |
So is this a blessing in disguise? |
Patrioticman007:They SHOULD be sued. |
DMerciful:Thank you, people forget that the power UN have is because of the constituent nations that are party to its charter. After all, if we are to go by the original commenter's view, even Nation governments will not bee liable for their actions because who will enforce a judgement you secure against them seeing that governments control all the apparatchik of enforcement and power within their territories. But we see that yes, judgements can be enforced against national government, the same modus can be used to enforce judgements against the UN. |
seguno2:Thanks brother for your kind words. We in this together, if each one teach one, the world will be a little better and more habitable. |
Olawade24:Oshare, eveh? |
1.This here is a very informative and educative post. 2. I never gave it a thought about the legal liability of the UN. 3. I think it's time the UN charter is reviewed to allow aggrieved persons and entities to sue the UN. 4. It'll make room for better responsibility, accountability and acceptance among the people because you can't be wielding such enormous powers and still shield your self from being held responsible for your actions. 5. In quoting Pirelli the tyre company , Power is nothing without control. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely or well except the aim is to bestow absolute power in a few so they can corrupt absolutely. 6. It will take away or assuage the distrust developing nations have towards the UN as a tool of western imperialism. Post Scriptum. 7. If there's anyone that should/may enjoy immunity from prosecution whether in civil or criminal liability, it should be the Secretary General of the UN who is more like the UN president and not the entire organization. |

SmartPolician:Not just these factors you mentioned. Most of the AAs have an admixture of genes from other races; some have a drop European genes, others have mix of asian genes, while others have a mix of red American Indian gene. Bottom line, they're exposed to a higher variety of genetic pool which according to basic science of inbreeding and outbreeding leads to a more viable offspring both physiologically and phenotypically. |
