What the previous government did was to issue a whitepaper only. the directive now is to implement the report. if it was carried out in 2011 during president Jonathan why didn't he implement it. some of you read without understanding or researching. It's a very commendable project. But please don't link Oti, Obi or even LP to the project. This project was conceptualized under OBJ/Ngozi Okonjo Iweala but saw lots of set backs occasioned by bureaucratic bottle necks. However, the project saw the light of the day under PMB' s led APC government. And Tinubu completed it. FACTS...
