INEC doesn't appear like an unbiased umpire to n this election.

Why is PVC collection a lot more easier in the north than in the south? People would be at INEC offices as early as 6 am to collect their PVCs only for INEC staff to resume by 9am and close by 2. Sometimes, they demand that people pay to get their PVCs. Who was responsible for the thousands of PVCs found buried underground in parts of the country. INEC is yet to offer any explanation.

Better to keep quiet and keep people guessing as to your knowledge, than to speak up and expose your ignorance.
