Destilo:there's a fourth choice for technical/professional institutions like karrox |
Destilo:It's a mathematics question If the bearing B from A is 030, then the bearing of A from B is 210o or S30oW.

evergreen247: pls sir can jiayu.es be used in Jiayu g3c?Sure, it works on all jiayu phones. I've used it on g2h, g4c and now g2f |
mathefaro: Given that dy/dx = x + 1/x, find the value of y.First and foremost, we need to understand that integration is anti-derivation/ anti-differentiation I.e the opposite of differentiation. If y = x2, dy/dx (differentiation of y with respect to x) = 2x. Thus, since dy/dx = 2x, y = x2(integration) [ hint: the integral of axn = (axn + 1)/ (n + 1) Now to the question, dy/dx = x + 1/x (which means that the differentiation of yywith respect to x is x + 1/x) To get y, we need to integrate x +1/x; = x2/2 + lnx + k NB: * using the formula given above, the integration of x =x2/2 *the integration of 1/x = ln x ( logarithm of x to base e) since the differentiation of lnx = 1/x * k is constant which must be included in every integral solution |
JideSM: Sorry about that, mathefaro. A refund for failed transfers is already in place and you will get your refund within the next 24 hours. Regards.ok o, still waiting.... |
I mistakenly transferred #1250 to a number which isnt an mtn numba & it has been deductd frm my account pls I nid a refund ASAP please |
JSMMUYIWA: DATS FOR BLACKBERRY JUR!Check out this thread, you'll never complain again for data on android. Trust me. I'm not the seller o, i just hate seeing a brother in distress: https://www.nairaland.com/1896528/mtn-sme-data-250mb-n250 |
chimhigher: Lol ooooh sowi 1ncemur..ummm d ansa wuld b 1/2x2- 1/2x0 m i ryt?? Kinda confusingcalm down, you still haven't gotten what the question is all about, and that's why you're getting it all wrong. |
chimhigher: d ansa is 1-x-2 or 1-1/x2I'm sorry, this is wrong bro. Go over the question again |
Given that dy/dx = x + 1/x, find the value of y. |
chimhigher: lol sowi jawe 2 much rush rush...i didnt c d circumference i tut twas centre...k.angle at d circumference= 2 X angle n d Centre..so its 120....so 120/360*2π9... daz 1/3* 2π9= 18π/3=6π. Lol rush rush no gud...exactly |
chimhigher: lenght f an arc= @/360*2πr.......so 60/360*2π*9=1/4*2π*9=18π/4= 4.5πI know you'll fall for the trap, this answer is wrong, go through the question again please, I know you'll get it. |
What is the length of an arc which is subtended by an angle of 600 from the circumference of a circle of radius 9cm in terms of pi |
chimhigher: 14(2x-5)6Correct, but you should have shown the house how you got the answer na. |
Saheetto: I got 62%.. and what's d meanin' of pude?post UTME for DE candidates |
If y = (2x - 5)7 , find dy/dx |
Saheetto: Yeah! I've been given admission as a Computer Science student via DEand what was your pude score? |
mathefaro: Question: In how many ways can the letters of the word ARRANGE be arranged if the As must always stay together?First and foremost, we need to understand that this is permutation(Statistics) which deals with arrangement in a particular order.(it's counterpart, combination, deals with selection or arrangement in no specific order). And now to the question, the word ARRANGE has 7 letters with 2 As and 2Rs, to arrange the letters without any condition, it would be => 7!/(2!*2!) Where 7 stands for the total number of letters, the denominator shows the number of letters that are repeated while ! Stand for factorial. NB: 5! = 5*4*3*2*1 But since there's a condition in the question that the 2 As must always stay together, then the word becomes (AA)RRNGE which has a total of 6 letters and only R appears twice (AA is taken as one letter), then the solution is ==> 6!/2! => (6*5*4*3*2!)/2! => 6*5*4*3 = 360 ways I'll welcome any question on this, and to confirm if you really understand this take this, in how many ways can the letters of the word SCHOOL be arranged if the Os must always stay together? Happy Sunday to y'all |
Benjaminbest: answer d questionoh! I'm sorry, I was so hooked up yesterday, will give the solution this morning. |
Question: In how many ways can the letters of the word ARRANGE be arranged if the As must always stay together? NB: If you're providing an answer, make sure you give a detailed solution. I will give the solution if by 3pm, no one has done the needful. |
chidarlus: una plenty ooooo.....but na mbbs I dey pity for....dey are like 100 and all theythanks |
Please, computer science aspirants, I'll like to know the number of those that sat for the Exam and the number of those the school is likely to admit. Thanks in anticipation |
nelsondean9: I think z red.Using Roygbiv(Red orange yellow green blue indigo nd violent)....I dnt rly knw tho#jxt guessingIf it's refraction, the most refracted should be violet white the last refracted color is red |
olaiya2007: You have been offered provisional admission. SeeCongrats bro, what about the other DE forms you obtained, any luck from those sides? |
Benjaminbest: sori it is atmospheric pressureIn that case, barometer is the answer. Moreso, we cant just measure wind, you either measure its direction(wind vane), its speed(anenometer) or any other of its properties |
I wonder what happened to this thread! I hope yo see it back alive as soon as possible. GREATEST NACOSSITES! |
Segipaul: A man at the back of a crowd watches a parade by holding a plane mirror just above his head. The parade passes 6m behind his head and the mirror is 0.25m in front of the man. How far does the image in the mirror appear to be from the man?6.25m, post of the properties of the images formed by a plane mirror is that the image is far behind the mirror ad the object is in the front of the mirror and the distance between the mirror and the parade is 6.25m |
Benjaminbest: what is d name of d instrument dat is use to determine d measurement of turbidity?I don't think there's a particular instrument used to measure wind and pleasure o |
Halpher: Hmmm..Nice one ![]() |
chimhigher: STATE BERNOLLIUS PRINCIPLEAre you sure this thread is for UTME candidates? Most of the questions you guys are posting are beyond the scope of UTME and I don't think that will help the prospective candidates. I'll suggest/advice that questions should be based only on syllabus.#mythoughts |
Halpher: Did I told you I don't understand that?? Propably NO sire. Funny dudes.Should be "Did I tell you" instead of "Did I told you" It wouldn't be fair if I continued to overlook this error, although it may seem that I'm overreacting, but like I said earlier in this thread, we learn everyday and no-one is perfect. I only hope you don't take it offensively |
