With all these noise about updates here and there, when it finally comes now, people will still come here to ask if it is safe to update and some others will complain about a lot of different things ranging from battery performance, incompatible themes and so on...

Also, for those clamoring for Android 10, especially those on MIUI, it's quite obvious that you guys are so new to the ecosystem. As a matter of fact, it is the miui update you should be anticipating. You'll hardly spot the difference between a device running miui 11 on Android 9 and another one ruining the same miui 11 on Android 10. The differences will be so subtle that you'll need to dig very deep to see.

I made a mistake. I never copied it to my Sd Card.

After I wiped my phone, I'm still getting used to this version of ES Explorer.

I was copying to the Internal Memory still.

As I wanted to extract to the Sd Card, I noticed the file isn't there. I copied it and then flashed.

I think only the internal memory is encrypted. Still, with the OFox, the internal storage is encrypted

yeah, only the internal memory will be encrypted. For some versions of Ofox, each time you not into recovery, it asks for your password to decrypt the data.

Not necessarily through fastboot. Can also be done in term, just select the option in the attached image to get the file.

Is it the zip file you saved or the img? You can switch to either version on the recovery. If you saved as img, you won't see the file when the recovery is set to select zip file and vice versa

As an analogy, we won't say an infinix phone can't be charged(or doesn't support charging) just because our old Nokia pin mouth charger cannot charge the new infinix note 7 we got. All we would need is to get a sortable Usb-B charger for our Note 7. In that case, we simply "throway" the pin mouth charger if we don't have any other device that supports it however, in this caSe, fortunately for you, you just need to get an adapter(very cheap) to use the same Otg flash drive on your new RN8.
