Hi al.

I received this mail today after my third paid mail.
For those that have gotten this mail, how long does it take for collection mail to follow.
Someone said this means visa has been approved. Is this always the case?

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, our records indicate a decision has been made on your application. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone.

If your visa has been granted, a visa vignette (sticker) will be stuck inside your passport with 3 months validity (from the start of your visa) to travel.

You will be contacted by VFS/TLS when your passport is ready for collection, or delivery of your passport.

How do you check your CAS status?

After entering the card number, press *

Relax oh. Mine's been on same spot since 10th August. My school resumes next week and no word from them. Just focus on other things and hope for the best.

Honestly, I’ve lost all excitement concerning this uk relocation. The thing feels more like a burden to me than a blessing. I haven’t felt peace since this journey started. I gave up already, frustrated checking my application and still at same spot DMC since 18th august. USA go don give you result same day and all this anxiety go don come down.

No NSF, nothing. They escalated and said it will be resolved within 15 working days. When I called, they said it is awaiting decision. No empathy in their voice, nothing. Its quite sad. I think they've abandoned standard applicants and are only focusing on priority.

I did my bio 10th August at Ikeja TLS. Yet to receive my collection mail. Anyone in this shoes? Its driving me nuts. I sent a paid mail yesterday and they said the application is receiving attention and that they have escalated to a case worker. They also said it may take up tp 15 working days to respond. I'm confused at this point sad

Please for your own sake, put on a suit. If u do not, they wouldnt ask u to leave or anything but its part of the things they consider in rating u as an applicant. Remember its a competition. Wouldn't be nice if u lose out because of something as simple as refusing to wear a suit.
My 2cents.

you are wrong. She will have to go to Abuja for any correction,lost passport or change of any name. She may not have to go IF HER PREVIOUS PASSPORT IS NOT E-PASSPORT. I did mine in Abuja.

You have to visit the immigration office in Abuja, with ur passport, marriage certificate, change of name proof in the newspaper, birth certificate and some cash..... When ready hla at me I know someone that can do it for you.
