i have done physical verification and updated my bank details downloaded my PPA letter went to my PPA so that the principal can sign for me so that
i upload it but the principal refused saying i will be screened first to know if they would accept me and the person who is to do that is not around for good three times now.. i saw people here saying that the place to upload the ppa later is no longer there and i log into mine it is that it's gone.. so is there still any need to go to my PPA and sign the letter and is there any hope that we are going to be paid..? cox this is confusing

First check if the biometrics has been captured in the verification tab and also check if physical verification status is pass, then update your date of birth and bank details in your profile, log out and log back in, go straight to the deployment tab and verify your account number then download... It's that easy

please must someone do physical verification before been able to update his or her date of birth and account details before proceeding to PPA download..? because this is the challenges i have been facing for over a week now..

even me too.. for over a week now i have been trying to download my PPA but it's showing i should update my bank details which if i tried to do too much attempt try again later will pup's up

i have been waiting for deployment for over 3 weeks now and fortunately as i log into my account this morning i saw that i have been deployed and i went straight to download my ppa later what Pop's up was verify your account details which i need to provide my BVN, account no and bank name which i did but clicking on proceed to verify what pop up was too many attempts at this time please try again later.. this i have been trying to do since early hours of today but to no avail.. please any help..
