So many others like me can benefit if you post your idea here.

Thanks for your contribution.

I hustle hard to live my sister. So I'm very proud of my every kobo. A clean 20k is better than a dirty 20m and God will bless whatever I do with it.

I know 20k is small. But I just need to do something with it instead of it just lying in the bank for nothing.

Thanks for your contribution. I sincerely appreciate.

If the landlord had taken care of tarring the road there wouldn't be need for grading.
In a working government, Tarring the roads and installing a transformer is the government to bear, same as repairs and maintenance.

1. we are planning to grade our street road. each house is to pay #5000. a building is occupied by a tenant, the tenant said his landlord is to pay the money.
who should be responsible for the payment?

2. Notting is working in our area, we have challenges on our transformer often and have to contribute for the maintenance. who should be responsible for this?
The landlord is responsible for the N5000. Services directly enjoyed by the tenant is what they pay for, like Power rate, water rate, psp etc.

Are we saying the tenants should be responsible for repairs and maintenance of the house?

Transformers maintenance and repairs should be paid for by the landlord. Even if the pumping machine goes faulty, he should fix it. The rents paid to him is for repairs and maintenance of the house and not for him to spent it all on himself and family.

I've always been an advocate of investment but over the years I've always felt that to start investing, I'd have to start with big money.

I've learned from good examples of big business men how they started small and the joy of watching their small investment grow.

I have other jobs that I'm doing. But I need to invest this N20k now!

So I need your advice, which business can I invest this N20k and make a return of N1k to N2k daily?

Thanks

Angela Okorie has been heavily criticized by her followers who believe that the Nollywood star should not have been taking a video of herself worshipping God in the church while others were praying.

Angela shared a footage that was shot by her friend, Dagogo during the church service on Sunday and despite the attempts by some of her fans to defend the mother of one, she has been seriously criticized by many who think the actress was only showing off for the gram..

He was performing his hit single, Mosquito Killer at the event which held at the Ikeja City Mall when the incident happened.

Moving around the stage energetically, he failed to accurately measure his steps, leading to the embarrassing tumble.

He joins artistes like Tonto Dikeh and Burna Boy, who have both taken a dive on stage. Watch the video below

TunezMedia:
Gospel artiste, Benita Okojie who stole the heart of Nigerians with her melodious voice at a very tender age has revealed that she might soon be walking down the aisle with her boyfriend, who she simply refers to as 'The Nerd'.

In a brief chat with Nneka Nwaneri, Benita said she will get married either this year or next, since she has already found her ideal man.
Talking about getting married, the "Ayo" singer said;

Marriage is something you shouldn't rush into. It is a life time thing. You need the leading of the Holy Spirit and if you rush into it, you will rush out. So, I am taking my time to listen to the voice of God, so that I will get married at the right time to the right person". "It could be this year or next year."

About her Ideal Man, Benita was quoted saying;

That kind of man does not count at this point now because I am already in a relationship. Of course he would have possessed the qualities I wanted for me to have chosen him and be a relationship with him. Above all, it is God who chooses people for us, and more importantly, I want a man that loves God and believes in my ministry.

My marriage to my wife is facing a serious challenge, after I discovered from my wife's WAEC certificate, that the date of her birth on the result is 6 years more than what she told me and what has been in all her non academic documents, including her C.V. Actually, i have seen all her academic certificates, including her NYSC discharge certificate, but never saw her S.S.C.E and FSLC results that normally bear dates of birth. Each time i ask her for them in order to compile all the credentials for job application purposes, she would tell me that her WAEC, NECO and primary school results are in a box, with her mum in thier home town; that she would ask her mum to bring them. I gnomo her mum lager came with them for her.

Eventually, a serious sure job came for which i would need these credentials to forward to the organization. She gave me the WAEC result with the excuse that age forgot the NECO and FSLC in her current office, which she promised to bring. Lol and behold! What i saw on the WAEC result is a date of birth 6 years higher than what she told me and what is in her C.Vs.

I called her attention and she started giving me excuses that hold no water. She is saying that the same DOB were erroneously registerd for her when, perhaps they were registering her for both WAEC and NECO. That when the results came out and she noticed the errors, she complained and applied to correct same, but since then, the exam authorities have not corrected them. I have not come to terms with the this discovery. I think this may cause us peace, thrust and love in pur marriage.

My brothers and sisters, i think am contemplating of what action to take against her and am contemplating a divorce, but our two children are still very small for this. I want to report this issue to her family and mine. Am gradually withdrawing my trust for her.

I need matured advice and suggestions that will see me through this.
You're stupid.

Read Malachi 2:16 and Mathew 5:32

If you've done your homework well, this won't happen.

A thief is a thief no matter the weight of his theft!... There are opportunities in Nigeria... And for all I care, that guy might have been too lazy to work.. There are legal ways to make money than stealing! I have friends who do lil jobs in Ondo here and get atleast 1k at the end of the day..
First all, I will never support stealing. But if you're eating plenty fish in the presence of a child and you didn't give him a taste. There's an 80% chance that when you're not there the child will steal some fish.

It's disheartening when we hear these people spending an amount we can't even make in ten years on shopping. shopping!!!!

See how much they spend on useless foreign trip, unnecessary spendings. Who won't steal.

I was on a queue at a bank's ATM. Two guys were fighting. From their dressing and the little I heard them saying, I'm was 10000% sure they are these Internet boys. These mobile police attached to this bank obviously know these boys and what they do. These police officers were the ones settling the quarrel.

Now I saw one of the boys, not part of those fighting, he left the banking hall to the abokis, obviously to change...... He just exited the gate, you need to see how these police officers cocked their guns. For what nau.... The boy didn't settle.

Just to tell you how kuarapt this country is.

Those that have stolen thousands goes to prison. Those still billions are roaming freely. They are powerful and those who are supposed to make them pay are making them stronger instead.

When Jonathan said stealing is not corruption, people said he's stupid. I think we know how intelligently he has spoken.

Stealing is an act, a crime.
Corruption is, the thief is identified but never prosecuted. So they continue stealing cos nobody can touch them.
If you know that if you steal, and you're caught, you can't bribe your way or enjoy any favor from any high nobody.... Nobody will steal.

Those up there are stealing killing every opportunity for the less privilege and you say some won't be pushed to steal. Abeg forget that thing.

Now that's just shallow.. Sorry to say.... Don't compare the politicians to thieves... They steal what belongs to the nation...

But these petty thieves steal what belongs to individuals, things that were hard earned. For the thought of stealing to cross his mind, he's a criminal..
Efa da ninu eje? A thief is a thief. If the politicians aren't stealing what belongs to the country, maybe the boy won't be snatching bags. Maybe he'd be in school or will have a good job. His future has been destroyed by the bigger thieves.

'If there's a better word to use in the place of veteran, then that should come for this old war horse in the world of make believe. Uncle Tunde Alabi has been on the acting scene since the glorious days of television drama in Nigeria and he's today one of the last remnants of that octopus called The Village Headmaster, a television drama that was the in - thing in its days on National Television. His role in the now rested soap opera 'PALACE' produced by Ralph Nwadike was one that viewers will not forget in haste. This thorough breed professional of the old order who is equally at home with the youngsters of today, impacting knowledge and valuable experience into them whenever he has the opportunity is currently down with ailment which has put his right foot in danger to the point of amputation if urgent help is not given. He's lying helplessly at the General Hospital, Lagos waiting to lose his right leg or even worse. He has done his part by putting smiles on the faces and happiness to the lives of millions home and abroad, it's our turn to help him. Nothing is too small...HE will appreciate your candid help. Karin001:
This should have been posted last night but I wasn’t bargaining with typing fatigue and of course my primary obligations which include hubby and kids among other things.

My sincere apologies.

I will ensure that you get all perspectives today and this stage will be done unless there are reservations, comments and further suggestions which could lead to a realignment.

So after seriously considering all positions, I decided to incline to the option of re-enacting my experience through others in the thread. I will guide the interested participants through the sales of snacks. Two snacks will be adopted here. For those in the outlined locations above we will start with Doughnuts and chin-chin.

For people who are interested from other locations in Lagos, I suggest you start with Chin-chin; details will follow subsequently.

Now, I will quickly add that the information I intend to share here will be anchored on universal principles and as such can be adapted to suit other products especially those of the fast moving variety. Apart from the direct participants whom I will prefer choose exactly the same product for uniformity in the guidance others can simply adapt the model and use it to suit their own peculiarities.

The basic requirement here will be that you apply the principles to the letter.

Now you may want to ask; why doughnuts? Why chin-chin.

The most practical response to this question among other responses is that I have experienced these products very well. Both of them I sold in Lagos and one of them here in Port Harcourt with some measure of success.

In my next post (coming very soon) I will do a proper analysis of both products.

I will show how we will approach the sales of these products with small wins every day.

I will demonstrate how participants in the different locations in Nigeria can also benefit from this plan almost immediately.

Finally, I will share with you what I assume this entire exercise can transform into. It can be so big, really big if we can stand firm and avoid pettiness. Explanations may not be today but before the weekend runs through.
Doughnuts, Karin, our dear igbo brothers are situated is strategic densely populated areas in Lagos. You can get it hot from them. Chinchin, yes but doughnuts? I really doubt that.

My humble opinion though. I stand to be corrected.
