cheekyleggy: Just shut up and never u say anything directly to me ever. Id!ot. How dare u say what I should hopefully get. You must be one of the id!0ts who use religion to cover up their st.upidity.
He must love his Mother, yes! but that to me is a great test of charactet. Children are entirely different in this whole issue. I expect him to save his children first.
I don't wait for anybody to do anything for me. I am a strong woman. I run miles a day, work out and I'm fit. Why would I expect him to come for me and leave his elderly mother. In fact, I will join him to care for her as I would my own mother. So, what you're telling us now is that when your life and that of his mother is in danger, you will tell him to go save his mother? You're a very bad liar. It means you can choose to save your mother and leave your husband to die. Pls don't continue with this if you're not married oooo.... Men go just dey run from you. And if you're married, pls be careful cos your husband hearing this will run out of the house for you. Shikenah |

Common sense is not common. We all love to hide from the truth because it's bitter. Your mother gave birth to you and it's her joy to see you get married and bore her grandchildren. If it's a reasonable and sensible mother, she'll even tell you to go save your wife. When you become married, your primary responsibility is your family I.e Ur wife and children,, then your parents and siblings.
My own mother would want me to save my wife and children.
That is why a man will LEAVE his father and mother and stick to his wife. Even God go vex if you save your mama and you leave your wife to die. |

mojeer678: The questions to be asked are which gospel are the JW preaching? Who are they winning souls for? The fact that you enter into a volcano to preach error has no advantage to the true gospel of the Blessed Saviour and Redeemer.
and then, your unfortunate phrase: ... commanded his worshippers .... Really?
and these generalised statements without any proof: 'who many Christians like to criticise as not real worshippers of Christ'; 'they keep converting more people to their folds'; 'wondering whether they use charms to talk to people'
Are you a JW? Try and get understanding before making online statements. I have just one simple question for you sir. What is the gospel? |

If hell means a place of torment, then wetin Jesus go do for there? Fine, hell was mentioned in the Bible. But fire was never attached to it. Without the fire, hell means something else which is just a normal grave. Lake of fire was mentioned in revelations and that place says it means second death. I dare anyone to show me where "Hell fire" is mentioned in the Bible.

Romance › Re: Should I Tell My Friend About His Loyal Girlfriend? by Maximus85(m): 7:22pm On Jul 21, 2016 |
HemmanuelRichy: I will try to make this very snappy.
I have a childhood friend who is so very much in love with his girlfriend of 4-5years. (Whom I have never met) Fortunately, the girl in question got admission to the school I currently am and she was offered the course I am also studying.
My friend called me and told that his Bae was given admission to study the same course I am studying, and he begged me to keep tabs on her. I assured him that I would try. (me wey no get time)
He sent me her pictures and told me to look for her at her where she receive lectures and get to know her better. I assured him that would i will of which I never did due to the distance of her lecture hall. I was optimistic that I would eventually see her one of these days.
Two weeks ago, my friend called me, after exchanging pleasantries he gave the phone to his Bae. I greeted her and congratulated her on getting admission to study the best course on campus. She begged me for past exam questions and handouts, I promised to give her the ones I would lay my hands on. I also advised her not be carried away with guys on campus, she thanked me and promised not to disappoint my friend.
I got to meet another girlfriend of my friend Bola (not her real name) who happened to be the same class she was. I asked her if she knows Joy (my friend's girl friend..not her real name too) I showed her the pictures my friend sent to me on my phone for easy identification. She immediately told me that she was their course rep and the most popular figure in her class.
Fast forward that same night in my course mate birthday party, Bola came to where i sat and told me that Joy was dancing with a guy in the middle of the hall. (It was quite dark and I couldn't really notice the faces of the people dancing)
I stood up and wanted of meet her for the first time, I got a shocker when the guy she was dancing with (I know the guy very well, he is my senior and I was one of his main man in his electioneering campaign team) sighted me and hugged me, he introduced her to me as his girlfriend and shook hands with her I was dumfounded and returned to my seat.
A girl I spoke with two weeks ago.. having a boyfriend already. I was perplexed. I wanted to confirm if she was truly the person, she went outside and I followed her. I stopped her and she responded with a smile. I asked her if they guy was truly her boyfriend, she said yes and confirmed my my fears. I asked her how long they were dating , she said she met him when she was doing her registeration. She asked why I was asking, I told her that I was feeling for my friend. She asked what i meant by that. I brought out my phone and showed her my friend picture. she started begging me and I pleaded that I should not tell my friend nothing.
I avoided her like a plague till the party ended.
This incident happened on Sunday night and I have been thinking on what to do.
should I tell my friend? Cheats are bastards. They don't have a life. |

Romance › Re: Could My Fiancee's Uncle Be Sleeping With Her? by Maximus85(m): 1:33pm On Jul 16, 2016 |
Randyhot: I have this issue that i have been pondering on for sometime now, and the more i think about it, the more i get confused.
Its about this man my fiancee always call's her uncle, she said that this man is a relation to her grandma and honestly, this particular man is the one sponsoring her education since both parents are divorced.
My problem is this, everytime this man is in town, she goes over to his house to clean up, and will spend the night over there as well, and this man has never for once visited with his wife. Secondly whenever this man calls her on phone, and she happens to be anywhere expect her house or in school, he will start accusing her of sleeping around, something i am suspecting might be a 'lover's jelousy' than a mere concern for her well being. I might be wrong in my suspecions but i cant just bring my mind to rest when he stoped paying her school fees for a while when it was reported to him that she was caught coming from a guys house by a friend. I knew that day in particular , cause i was escorting her when she bumped into someone she remarked as her uncle's bossom friend, it took the intervention of her mother and sister to placate him. I was shoked one day when she remarked that if you dont know well, you might think that they where dating, and futher said that his wife might be suspecting them atimes. I was thinking, what must be running through her mind for saying all these? I have seen her selfies in this uncles apartment and most of the pictures are not so "funny" as what she wears around the house.
Now today, the man is around and as usual she will be up there cleaning and stuff, but what is worrying me this night is the " swtheart,my husband good nite" sms i got from her after all the missed call i gave her earlier tonight. Its unlike her, cause we never fail to call eachother and say our goodnights every night. I replied her asking if shes spending the night in her uncle's house which she did not reply. I dont know how to confront her on this, about my fears and suspicions. Your advice is kindly needed, as the imaginations alone is giving me sleeples night. Set her up. Buy her a personal effect that will always be on her with a micro recorder. Necklace or wristwatch or something. I recommend you monitor her movement patten the more. Bug her phone. Bros, do something or better still, ask the ladies in the house to teach you how to ascertain if the uncle is digging your Bae. Dem Sabi demselves well well. |
