Enter start type edit group policy then enter

Admin templates
windows components
Windows updates enter
Then look for configure automatic updates disable it


Go to settings
Windows updates
Advanced options
Disable everything there

Restart PC it should stop consuming those huge data

Find a way to disable it completely. It automatically starts to download once it detects there's an internet connection.

I did this and also realized a task was also consuming data in my task manager which I had to end and it stopped thanks boss

make sure to disable windows automatic update. It maybe activitie and each time you're online. It's starts to update, if it doesn't finish and your data gets exhausted, it starts afresh from the beginning when it sees you have subscribed new data
