• Answer phone calls, taking messages and handling correspondence for the CEO

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently (without supervision). Well-dressed, presentable and professional outlook
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
