How do you know they eventually printed more notes?

GardenOfGod:
This CBN governor is so poor in terms of policy making.

Tinubu once suggested they print more notes and they did.

Voting Tinubu will make CBN print naira every months.

Tinubu's monetary policies are as poor as his health. grin grin grin grin

If tinubu is too old, then sowore should be president and not obi.he has been a governor of a state that has remained in the since 1999,the only achievement he has is for people of his state flooding the city of lagos like an opened dam.
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi: I'll Stop Campaigning, If Anyone Proves I Misused Money As Governor by mayo47(m): 12:21pm On Sep 10, 2022
A petition doesn't make the case true. Any proof or video or a verifiable reference where he made the apga statement. Not a flyer that can be designed by any graphic designer and later shared on social media for public consumption.

Kagd10:
You mean your Peter Obi who cursed himself and family if he ever left APGA or join any other party apart from apga?

Heck, his pandora criminal case is out there.

No one takes your pathological liar serious. Someone who achieved absolute nothing in Anambra while investing state funds into his family business which the criminal justified.

Tinubu's legacies such LAMATA, Eko atlantic city, RRS, housing units, LASTMA, lekki trade zone, lekki seaport, gigantic lasu teaching hospital, millenium schools, BRT etc and enormous increase in lagos revenues speak for him.

Patriotsleague:
Bleep off, stop mentioning me, go and pack old man shit as care giver. Slave minds like yours don't see anything good in Africa or Nigeria. You better leave the country, otherwise you will die poor here, with that awful negative mind of yours.

Its unsurprising how the average Nigerian result to abuse and insult when they cant defend themselves. You need to get educated. Having a paper certificate doesn't amount to being educated.

I dont understand how people always mistake asking for facts as against living in the subjective world. Typical mindset of people in Nigeria government that have always lived in their world and never try to be objective.

You have alot of self building to do. I hope you would one day attain this so you can achieve your outstanding visionful life

Patriotsleague:
Go and pack shit abroad, lazy poor youth. The stupid fish drowns in the abundance of water. It is one of the fastest emerging market. A poor man only sees failures, I have nothing in common with people with no insight and vision. I don't debate with people of low IQ. Not everything is for everyone, keep being negative, pessimistic, it's your loss. Nigeria is indeed one of the biggest emerging economies now, whether you believe it or not, you are inconsequential.
TravelRe: Jakpa Advise: Think Critically by mayo47(m): 5:16pm On Aug 18, 2022
Absolute Gibberish here with no justification for your earlier "one of the biggest emerging country"

Patriotsleague:
Like I said you can travel out if you like, but so many Nigerians abroad these days brings us shame. Nigeria is good for business and entrepreneurs and people that got jobs in blue chip companies, of course some must travel. Go to Victoria Island/Lekki/Ikoyi, you will see so many Europeans and Asians, South Americans etc. They are not tourists, they are here making money. Am not here to debate. Our lives are not same, if you are suffering here, of course you will be desperate, suit yourself. We are not same, we don't see things from same perspective, we don't make money same way.
TravelRe: Jakpa Advise: Think Critically by mayo47(m): 2:24pm On Aug 18, 2022
Biggest emerging market? That was in the days of MalaysiaIndonesiaNigeriaThailand (MINT) Nigeria is no longer considered in this league. Okay, in your opinion what makes Nigeria one of the biggest emerging markets?

Patriotsleague:
Nigerian is one of the biggest emerging markets, people with ideas and entrepreneurial spirit are doin well in Nigeria. Nothing extra comes easy, if you want to travel out, you are free to, but please represent us properly abroad. Stop disgracing us and bad mouthing Nigeria from abroad, some of us love it here, it's our home.

They say "Talk is Cheap" especially when it doesn't it come with critical thinking.

Lagos is unnecessary overhyped with useless statement of "Lagos is Working" Lagos havent made efficient use of the money available to it over the years. Compare Lagos with other cities like Johannesburg, Addis Ababa whose cities had about same amount of Lagos budget. And come back to confirm if truly Lagos is working. With all that money should have a functional railway system.

Lagos had a budget of around 389 billion in 2010 while Johannesburg had a budget of around 260 billion in 2010. But one'll find out Johannesburg made better use of their fund and achieved more despite having a less budget compared to Lagos.

What happens as its still the practice is governors/govt drop peanuts for the citizens like you whom get super excited and forget the govt has carted away about 60% of govt funds.

NB: I am indifferent on who becomes the President but I must say Tinubu & Atiku might have the desire to make changes but they don't have the strength for execution. Also, they will very likely not have dependable people around to help make the desired change. And Tinubu 15/20 years ago wouldn't result into the same level of governance

Throwback:
I will prefer an economy handled by a 1st class Tinubu who grew Lagos economy tremendously, than to risk a 3rd class graduate who could not grow Anambra economy better than the Medical Doctor before him.

Talk is Cheap!!

OsunOriginal:
Na him moni he dey spend na... And boys also got something from the dumbo for erecting the billboard. He should erect more so our brothers in Osun can get from the money Obi stashed away in secret accounts.

Erecting 1000 billboards per local government won't help Obi - LP won't even come fourth this time around. He tested his popularity on the ground during the guber election and his candidate got less than 2000 votes grin grin grin out of close to a million votes cast. Obi's effect on Lasun was negative because even if I contest for Osun guber under any party without any presidential candidate's support and spending nothing, I would get more than 2000 votes.

PoliticsRe: Zambia Ballot Paper Vs Nigeria Ballot Paper (Pictures) by mayo47(m): 10:11am On Jul 29, 2022
Nigeria does not have 100m voters. 2019 elections had a total of 82m voters while only 27m votes were counted. Even with an additional new voters of 11m in 2022 to the voters. 100m wont come out to vote in 2023. Max will be around 50-60m in 2023

SmartPolician:
I don't think the Zambian version can work in Nigeria because of cost of producing such ballot papers and lots of legal cases engulfing parties in Nigeria.

Update

I am tired of these senseless mentions.

Zambia has a little over 8 million voters while Nigeria has about 100 million voters.

Adding any other feature to the existing features in the ballot papers as INEC initially planned will require more ink to print them.

INEC may ask for more money before they are included because it wasn't in their initial budget.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nigerian Abandons N24 Million A Year Job, Relocates To U.K by mayo47(m): 11:02pm On Jul 20, 2022
TBH, enough of this AA famzing. This story about cancellation of Nigeria's debt was significantly a function of Okonjo Iweala network and her credibility perceived by the negotiators as she in the past before then has worked with a few of them.

Bekermann:
God bless you for this. Lemme buttress your points

As the V.P under Gen. Olusegun Obasanjos' regime, the then Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala alongside A.A spearheaded negotiations with the Paris Club that led to the wiping out of US$30 billion of Nigeria's debt, including the outright cancellation of US$18 billion. Sometimes in 2003, the PDP, through the financd ministry, led efforts to improve Nigeria’s macroeconomic management including the implementation of an oil-price based fiscal rule. Revenues accruing above a reference benchmark oil price were saved in a special account, the "Excess Crude Account," which helped to reduce macroeconomic volatility.

It's important to note that the reduction of the aforementioned macroeconomic volatility translates to having single digit inflation rates, which is not damaging to the purchasing power of you and I, as we have it today.

Furthermore, the cancelation of these Paris Club debts, provided funds to the federal government to embark on physical infrastructure such as the rehabilitation of Sagamu-Ore-Benin expressway; Lagos-Ibadan expressway; Lagos-Kaduna railway line amongst others.

Also, he has shown that he's a lover of quality education as he's the pioneer of the first American-styled University in sub-saharan Africa; The Amerian University of Nigeria, Adamawa. So its certain that our educational sector wouldn't lack funding.

It's really a long gist.

FYI Lekki isn't the most expensive residential area but Ikoyi

GreatAxeMan:
24 million a year means 2 million a month. He lives in Lekki which is probably the most expensive residential area in Nigeria. Only God knows how much of that 2 million a month will be enough for survival in such a place, especially if you are living in rented accommodation and paying for top class security so that kidnappers will not target you.

This your list is false.

You sound like a Joker tho.

Tinubu "Legacies": Some roads, Health Centers

Do you really know the meaning of Legacy?

BTW, Lekki trade zone, Eko Atlantic City, Lekki Seaport are private initiatives and not even govt owned/passive investment. Eko Atlantic is owned by Chagoury Family, Lekki Seaport is a consortium of Chinese Investors, Econet was a mere passive investment which some other governors like James Ibori of Delta keyed into.

Kagd10:
Exactly.

It's stupidity to expect anything tangible from Peter Obi who did nothing in Anambra.

Ask his supporters to list his achievement, they will keep mute. They can't list his achievement. What significant change has Peter Obi given you while he was Anambra governor? Absolute nothing.

Rather he was investing his state funds into his family business.

Some asked me to list Tinubu's legacy below.

These are Tinubu's legacies:

Tinubu legacies:
1. LASTMA.
2. Lekki trade zone.
3. LASU teaching hospital & clinical school.
4. Health care centers.
5. Eko Atlantic city.
6. Econet.
7. Lekki seaport.
8. 4 standard millennium schools.
9. Housing estates.
10. BRT.
11. Several policies which helped in high increase of Lagos revenues.
12. Some roads etc

Now list Peter Obi's legacies.

I want everyone to watch and see if these Ipob urchins would reply. They always keep mute when asked to list Peter Obi's achievement. Peter Obi has got absolute nothing.

They say "Talk is Cheap" especially when it doesn't it come with critical thinking.
What "magic" did Tinubu actually perform? Because he paid teachers salaries?
If I may ask did you have all the required materials/resources based on best practices when you were in school?

The "Egyptian" you're also referring to has a very good score in education and no basis for the comparison.

Lagos is unnecessary overhyped with useless statement of "Lagos is Working" Lagos havent made efficient use of the money available to it over the years. NB: I am indifferent on who becomes the President but I must say Tinubu & Atiku might have the desire to make changes but they don't have the strength for execution. Also, they will very likely not have dependable people around to help make the desired change

Throwback:
When Tinubu took over the government of Lagos State at the end of May 1999, Lagos State public school teachers were on strike and had refused to resume for 3rd term for that academic year by April under the Marwa regime.

Tinubu did his magic and by end of June 1999, the teachers resumed and I personally resumed 3rd term just 2weeks to when my siblings at FG Unity Colleges were to return home for their end of session summer holiday.

Tinubu is an administrative wizard. He is an action politician who is ready to deliver unlike those who are just receiving training in Egypt.

My support for Tinubu stems from personal experiences of his actions as Governor that affected me positively and my knowledge of his many initiatives that I didn't even benefit from but was available to others.

I am a Christian and I will vote a Muslim - Muslim ticket that has a Tinubu as the principal.
