Back to what I was saying and I hope ur small brain gets it this time cos this is d last time I will respond to u. Firstbank did service executive conversion of their staff who have bn contract staff for 3years and above,most of d guys we saw there has worked for first bank for over 10yrs ,they will be given classroom training before u[ mauthor=mayoor15 post=59091020] Let me now shock you, whytecleon is currently conducting contract recruitment for first bank and they are doing documentation as we speak you know the amazing thing is they've requested for their present location, I tell you no training school for them, graduate trainees are the future of any company and not contract staffs, just keep your classified information to yourself bro

A few reservations/observations:
1. You said from every indication, the testing agency is dragnet. On what premise have u based this conclusion? Kindly enunciate.

2. You said there is an average of 45 seconds to each question. How would you know this?

3. I disagree with u saying if one find oneself getting cheaper questions then one is on the wrong track. I wrote GSK test a few years back (yes SHL), I practically answered the later part of the questions in half the time I answered the former; that was because they became so cheap that it became boring (well I guess u understand the figure of speech). My point is, getting harder questions doesn't mean one is on the right track either.

4. I agree with ur tips on the personality test. I advice everyone to go study the job recruitment for the role applied to. That should help with maneuvering the personality test.

5. Finally, that ur hacking tips make sense. I will gather as many rough paper as I can get and study. Thank God I will write by 9:30..
