I am going to begin a thread on proven internet hustles that can be done either through our smartphones or computers.


Sincerely speaking ever since I was laid off from work, i have become a bit unsecured as even to go trying to see if i can see to sending my CV has been something I don't feel like doing anymore because the thing is I don't know exactly what's gonna happen.

- Doing Surveys - When I did some research on this I realized that, Nigeria as a third-world country was being restricted in some of these surveys earning sites, sincerely speaking on some of these survey sites, you can easily make a $100 to $200 a day if you work hard as you are being asked basic questions and doing some tasks.

I tried this survey but I was not successful doing them as many of the sites that have got high payout are not available to Nigerians and the ones that are available are not paying that much, you would need to work long hours before you can make a dollar.

Some of these survey sites are;

* Pico workers
And many more of them.

I guess it's hard being in a third-world country.

I wrote this 4 years ago but I think it's very relevant for anyone that's just starting because I still strongly believe that mindset is the most important part of success (whatever that may mean for you) in this endeavor. So here it goes:

In the past year, I've come to understand the success formula.

Right now it's crystal clear in my mind what success looks like and what it takes to make your dreams a reality. Your goals might be earning $100 per day with article marketing, or publishing a new product that will attract a lot of affiliates and I'm sure some of you are aiming a lot, a lot higher.

I sit here in my room and my future is finally clear. Not long ago I thought I'm at the mercy of random events that are happening around me. I knew I can make sure I won't be just some homeless guy on the street but at the same time, I had NO idea I can choose my future.

But now I know I can. And this is why I want to share a special piece of knowledge with you...

... you might not like it... but it's how reality works. In its essence, it's a bit like a step-by-step guide to success.

Once you'll understand, and I mean UNDERSTAND TO THE VERY CORE OF YOUR BEING that you can sculpt your future, it will become inevitable you'll achieve everything you've ever wanted. I'm not even exaggerating... See, once you understand that you can have a dream, a goal, and that you can make it come true, you won't be able to restrict yourself from crystallizing it in your life. I think it's pretty obvious by now that the first step of goal crystallization is to make a decision. Don't get me wrong... I'm not talking about "wishing" something to happen. That's not a real decision.

What I'm talking about here is making a decision that's so strong NOTHING could make you abandon it - not even YOU. See, the main problem with most people who get into affiliate marketing is they think they decided to make a full income with it while they're only wishing it to happen. It is the main reason why so many people quit affiliate marketing. They mistake "wishing" for decision-making.

Can you see a difference?

If you want to make $5000 per month
or
if you decide to make $5000 per month.

With the first type of "decision," you are wishing something to happen and once you put a bit of energy into it and it doesn't come true you say to yourself "I guess all those people are either gifted or they're lying" and you abandon your dream about financial freedom.

but... But with the second type of mental attitude, you've told yourself what will happen NO MATTER WHAT.

This is why it's vital to understand the importance of the decision. You need to decide what you want. Make it and let it be so strong you're sure the only factor in when your goal is going to crystallize is THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY YOU PUT INTO YOUR GOAL. Read that again.

It's simple. After you've made a decision you need to understand the more energy you'll put into your goal the faster it will crystallize. And the less energy you'll put into it, the longer it will take to achieve it.

1. Knowledge

After you've made a decision and understood that the only factor is ENERGY you put in your goals you need to start putting energy into gathering knowledge. Knowledge is the ingredient from which ideas are born. It's the fuel for your motivation. It's the MAP that guides your actions.

Consume as much of it as it's possible. Learn about copywriting, learn about PPC marketing, learn about article marketing, learn about persuasion, learn about SEO, learn about design but above all...... learn from people who already achieved what you want to achieve. Model them and know that it's not long until you'll achieve as much as they did if not even more.

2. Action

Knowledge is important but it's worthless if you don't inject a good amount of action in the success recipe. In general, one should dedicate at least 5 hours of work to internet marketing per day. These are called action hours.
What this means is that you don't learn during these 5 hours. Instead, all you do is take action based on what you learned up to now. Do your daily dose of SEO, write that couple of articles, post a few blog posts, outsource whatever you can, and take even more action after you've finished with all of those.
It could be said this step is the most important of them all. It is the step that is the most problematic for people. You may think you are a procrastinator. You think you are lazy.
But let me tell you, you're only lazy when you haven't made a strong enough decision that's aligned with your real desires.

3. Persistence

Trust me, you will have weeks and sometimes even months of no apparent success. It will feel as if the success formula isn't working. You will start losing motivation and thinking about trying out other ventures. This is good, let yourself discover other possibilities but at the same time understand you've made a decision and you accepted the fact your path won't be easy.

Sometimes things indeed take time. It is often like that in internet marketing. The only thing that separates people who fail from people who succeed is persistence. Think about it... Internet marketing is a whole new endeavor for you. It's not a simple thing and it takes some time to internalize hundreds of concepts that are thrown at you.

Just trust me on this one and NEVER stop trying. Failure is simply not an option for you.

4. Creativity

Now it's time to get creative. You've learned a lot. You've taken a lot of action. You've been persistent.

You aren't new to this internet marketing anymore. This is the time to innovate and use all the knowledge and experience you've gained up to now. Sure, it's not that you shouldn't be creative up to now, but after you've been into internet marketing long enough and if you still haven't seen the results you want you should probably start being more fearless and trying out things that aren't so conventional.

As cliché as it sounds, you need to spread your wings at some point, stop listening to gurus and do your OWN thing. See, at the start,, you couldn't innovate too much because you didn't even understand the basic principles of marketing and persuasion. Now you do.

This is the four-step success formula that got formed in my mind in the past few years.

All you need now is a belief it is possible to achieve your goals and a strong decision. People around you will tell you you can't do it. It's VERY common to have people around you not believe in your capabilities. When I started doing internet marketing I was told it's a scam and it's not possible to sell anything through affiliate marketing.

So then I made my first sale.

As I announced I made my first sale I got told I'll never get that money.

So then I made more sales and I saw I had my first check sent to my address.

As I announced I have my first check flying to me I got told it'll never come.

So then I got the check and I got told I'll never get the money from it.

As I got the money from my first check directly into my bank account I got told it was the only check I'll ever get and that it was a fluke.

But then, lo and behold I started getting checks every 2 weeks. I got told that yes, I get the money but that I'll never be able to make more than a few hundred bucks per month.

And finally, as I started earning a full-time income from Internet I was told that this might work.

Yes, internet marketing might work after all.

Bet9ja used to be one trusted betting platform with the introduction of ZOOM GAMES which is a semblance of real European league games and it's weekly progressions from Week 1 to Week 34 and 38 as the case may be.

But the Bet9ja zoom game has lost its integrity lately.

In December 2021, Bet9ja started disabling the game option for each league games once their matches get to 86th minute, thereby making it impossible for gamers to bet when these games finally ends.
Bet9ja now fraudulently requires their Zoom customers to bet and register their bet on games at least before the 84th minute of every league game they want to play, else, once it gets to 86th minute, you won't see any betting options again to bet on.

Bet9ja is stopping their customers to know the outcome of each game, a factor which the customers use to predict the outcome of the next games in line.

I hereby call on Bet9ja company to desist from the fraud they have taken up in their Zoom gaming and stop disabling game options of their Zoom league matches, when the new games have not started.

I don't know why people confuse financial freedom to financial independence to being financially free.

Robert Kiyosaki made me understand this and he said "If you have money but no time you are not financially free and likewise if you have time but no money, you are as well not free financially".

THE DEATH OF MY FATHER....

I was just seven years when my father died����,the responsibilities of the family rest upon the shoulders of my mother as they had to take care of me and my siblings.

HOW IT BEGAN FOR BAMIDELE ONIBALUSI...

With a tenacity that perhaps can only be found from outer space, Bamidele used his writing skills to grow his online authority, earn multiple 5 figures per month and be a mentor to thousands of writers across the globe in just 6 yeaars.

Well, it so happens that Bamidele’s initial intention was never to be a freelance writer. He was just a young chap who wanted to make money online.

Bamidele Onibalusi“It all started in 2009, when I first heard about the concept of making money online…..

I never intended to be a writer or blogger then, I just wanted to make money online, and I was ready to give my best effort to become a success. I spent around 20 hours at a stretch creating my first website, and I was so excited about what I just discovered that I was ready to give it my all.”

After taking initial steps and doing a lot of reading, he started to share knowledge about making money online on his blog. This eventually led to him finding his path as a freelance writer.

Bamidele already had website creation skills, so setting up his blog wasn’t a herculean task for him.

But as a wannabe Nigerian entrepreneur, resources weren’t exactly available, as is the trend with many of us.

But here’s the key aspect of his story…

Nigeria has been associated with online scam for a long time. And this was one of the major challenges he faced,

“Coming from Nigeria this was a problem for me. In fact, I’ve gotten an email or two from people asking me why they should trust me when I’m from Nigeria".

Despite this fact, Bamidele was still able to convince international clients to work with him. And at good rates too.

“I solved this problem by being consistent in the value I offer, and by leveraging the brand and platform of other successful bloggers to grow my business.”

But how did that happen?

He grew his online authority!

According to the interview, he got his first client after 8 months of guest blogging.

“I wrote around 270 guest posts before my business began to take off; it was around then that I got my first client, and that I started to notice significant increase in my traffic.”

Guest blogging, which involves publishing content on other big blogs to drive traffic back to your blog was his primary marketing tactic.

This allowed him get his name out there.

And being that he wrote about 270 guest posts that year (I personally haven’t been able to pull that off), he was able to prove himself over and over.

As he stated,

“I started reading various blogs and articles about how to make money online, and it was then when I discovered an article by Steve Pavlina, an article that changed everything. The article made me realize how blogging works, and, most importantly, it also made me realize the importance of giving free value without expecting anything in return".

Most people get started online with the sole aim of making a million dollars overnight without giving any tangible value in return.

For such people, I’d say this…

“The end thereof is destruction”.

The difference between sand castles and real buildings is this... Sand castles get built in seconds... Real buildings get built in months...... If you want a million dollars overnight, use the sand castle method. Then watch a mild breeze blow it all away.

One of Bamidele’s beliefs is that when you have your own platform, and market yourself enough to grow your online presence, you have the audacity to demand higher rates from prospective clients.

And he demonstrated this perfectly on his services page. He always appends the following text beneath his client request form:

“PS. I’m pretty selective about whom I work with, so only contact me if you want results from your business, please. If you’re on a very low budget, or are looking for ways to manage your budget, I’m probably not the best fit for you.”

Service businesses are highly competitive. But the idea isn’t to reduce your prices just to get more clients.

It’s to increase your value and increase your prices to demonstrate your expertise and get ideal clients.

That’s the only way your digital business can be successful. And it’s the only way you’d be alive and healthy to enjoy that success. What’s the point working with a ton of low paying clients and at the end of the day, you’re too sick to enjoy the money you made.



As with other things in life, digital businesses evolve.

Bamidele’s website was previous called YoungPrePro which addressed Young Upcoming Professionals.

As his authority and audience grew, so did his passion to address dominant questions from his audience.

That eventually led to the new name, Writers In Charge. And his mission is simple,

His goal is very evident from the kind of content he creates. And he is direct about those he is out to help (his target audience). He has some of the largest resources online showing writers different businesses they can write for and get paid well.

So he not only gives advice, he also gives you the tools you need to use that advice.

Everyone is looking for a leader, someone to show them the right direction. To grow a digital business that genuinely helps people, you have to prove that you’re the man for the job. And a smart way to do this is by using the show and tell approach.

“Tell people what to do. Show them how to do it.”

Now as a way to further show his audience of writers how to get successful online, Bamidele created a challenge for himself. As he stated in this post:

“I’m building a brand new, client-generating blog from scratch and I want to show you how I’m doing it.

The idea behind this challenge is to start a brand new blog in a different niche, and turn it into a blog generating at least four figures in freelance income in 3 – 6 months.”

This challenge eventually led to $10,025 in freelancing income for him in just 6 months.

That’s the show and tell approach in action.

Bamidele has big dreams, one of which is becoming a successful fish farmer.

With the revenue from his freelance business, Bamidele was able to comfortably fund his fish farming business, which he has blogged about this on his site, Effective Business Ideas.
Asides that, Bamidele has been able to diversify his income from his digital business, thus creating an opportunity for massive growth.

“I currently have around 3 websites, and I have built several websites before YoungPrePro, but the only reason why YoungPrePro is so successful is because it has my personal, undivided attention. I have spent thousands of dollars on my other sites, but I even fight myself to pay attention and personally monitor them; that’s the importance of passion. You need today is monitor every business you invest yourself or resources into, and that’s exactly what passion enables you to do.”

Despite having several websites, he has been able to successfully follow through with what he is really passionate about. That’s the bottom line.



A FEW POINTERS FROM BAMIDELE'S STORY

�You don’t need huge funding and expertise to start. Use what you have and what you know.

�Avoid analysis paralysis. Choose a name and get started. Your digital business will evolve over time and you can as well change the name.

�To build online authority and lead your audience, tell them what to do and show them how to do it.

If you have an "Arrival Mentality", you will DIE on arrival.
Lemme explain using a real life example...
It's my own story.
I think I've said it here before that I came from a very poor background. I don't have to go into details about that right now.
And the good thing that coming from a poor home gave me was the motivation to look for money to solve my immediate needs, and also to take care of my family.
But then, something I noticed was that whenever I made some money, maybe up to N1million, I kinda get lazy and complacent with my selling.
It's almost as if I kinda lose my motivation to keep doing that same thing that brought in the money.
I come up with good excuse to pause my advert that I was running. I could tell myself that I just want to tweak it to work better.
But I almost never run that as back.
Until the money in my bank account has gradually reduced to almost nothing, then I will start pushing again to start making money again.
So my life and income cycle was always looking like a wave. Up. Down. Up. Down. Up. Down.
But there are those I trained in sales and marketing who just kept going up and up and up.
At some point, I believed that it was "village people" that were doing me. I even believed false prophets, and I went for "needless" prayers.
It took me a long while to discover that I was being a total reflection of what my mind has pre-designed from my childhood.
My upbringing was messing things up for me.
I grew up poor. So all I've wanted was to have enough to eat and be comfortable.
So immediately I have enough to eat and be comfortable, my mind immediately shuts down from doing more.
I had the "ARRIVAL MENTALITY". When I see small N1million in my bank account, my mind feels like I've arrived.
My mind created a stupid destination of success. And most of these processes happened in my mind subconsciously. I wasn't aware.
It took me a while to figure out that what I was suffering from was the arrival mentality.
And when I discovered, I had to rewire my mind by myself.
I obviously could not change my childhood (where the problem originated), but I sure can fix the future.
I reached out for helped, as much as I could.
One of the things I learnt and implemented to keep myself motivated to not fall into the arrival zone (and I still do it till date) is to go broke faster.
Lemme explain...
My mind triggers me to go hard on sales and marketing when it notices that I am without money, so what I do is to deliberately and consciously give my mind what it needs to trigger.
So whenever I make money, I put the money away almost immediately.
It's either it goes into some sort of investments, real estate or something that I can't access money immediately from.
In those moments when I want money to "dorime", but can't access money, I am forced to go make that money.
So basically I deliberately stay broke to consistently stay rich.
That's the way I solved my arrival mentality issue. I hope you too can apply this to yourself.
Always remember that if you don't solve the arrival mentality, you'll always die on arrival.

The Dark Side Of High Income Skills

Once people starting making money from different kinds of high income skill,some become something else while few remain the same.

The darkside are;

�.It changes people -- When one start earning big figures from a certain high income skill and cash keeps on coming from left to right, maybe because they haven't seen big money in their lives,they become arrogant and start talking to people anyhow and all of that.

�.They become complacent --- It's interesting to see some with high income skill feeling so secured,the only set of people i can think of in this category are people are with "Jobs" because they feel secured about where they are, it's interesting to see one with a high income skill being complacent as they become more comfortable about where they are presently.

�.They stop learning and growing -- I just don't understand why on Earth one to achieve more and they stop growing,they stop learning.It's so sad when you an individual that possesses an high income skill but they are not where they supposed to be because they fail un-learn,re-learn and learn new stuffs that moves them from point A to B.
Another is they stop growing with new trends and technology advancement, giving flimsy excuses for not doing that they are comfortable following old technology.

If you've got an high income and you doing all of that, you've got to stop and start doing the needful,stop being lazy not able to send those emails, you don't put up contents consistently and all of that.

Sincerely,they are not attitude moving forward habits that one should be involved in or even partake in.

There are reasons why you get some feeling depressed, commiting suicide and the rest.

Do the needful and you would never regret you did!
