I don't think he needs to write IELTS.

Hi everyone my cousin wants to apply for PR she has a son that is 19 years old please how can she apply with him. Does he have to write IELTS also please advise how she can go about it. She’s not married

Ideally, you can claim to be single and explain that in an LOE except there are documents to prove otherwise. Did you submit any document(s) to show you had your aqd nikkah when you applied for US visa in 2015? Or did you submit any document(s) to qualify you as common law when you applied for US visa in 2015?
If you submitted any document(s) as regards the aqd nikkah, I think it would be better to get a decree of nullity and an LOE to that effect. If you submitted any document(s) as regards the common law, I think just an LOE would suffice.

I have started filling my application but I saw a place "Have you been previously married or in a common law partnership or relationship"
The thing is I applied for US visa in 2015 which i stated I was my married to my then fiancee...we have dated for 6years at the time and we have done our aqd nikkah in fact she was already living with me at the time....I was refused the visa..

But we are still patronizing them, pumping the money into their economy! But the time you reach there with all the funds you are taking into Canada, you have pumped so much money into a foreign country, money that you cannot generate and send back into your own country Nigeria from where the funds came out from, thus depleting our country of resources.

Overstaying is a crime but not necessarily a criminal offense. I would admonish him to contact UKBA and notify them that he wants to come back to Nigeria voluntarily. He should endeavour to pay for his flight ticket back to Nigeria in order not to be a liability to the UK government.
Applying from the UK is not advisable. I think he should be fine with his UK PCC if he has no other 'bad' record.

I have a friend in the UK, he came in as a student but didn't go back to Nigeria,so his student visa expired.He want to get out of the system to Canada. Can he apply from UK If no, can he go back to Nigeria to apply?? If he go back to Nigeria, will they not capitaliz on his overstayed stuff in UK??. I just need ur advice, so has to advise him accordingly. Thanks

Awwww, thank you for your concern. To be honest, I don't know where the remainder of the POF will come from as I have explored all the options available. As regards the annulment, the decree of nullity has been granted. Hence, no need to tweak it/raising an LOE.
Entering the pool as separated or spouse unaccompanying will still require me to apply for annulment of my marriage that was declared void ab initio in the future. So, I thought it wise to annul it now, apply as annulled marriage and avoid complications during visa processing when sponsoring my future wife.

It's been months since I commented on this forum. I've been under immense pressure + stress for the past 3 months. Congratulations to those who aced their IELTS, ITA recipients, and PPR recipients. @Newmum0615, I'm still praying for your PPR to be issued in no distant time.
I'm yet to complete my POF 84 days after receiving ITA. Express Entry journey is no joke!!
I received ITA with marital status as annulled but the decree of nullity was granted few days ago (marriage was void ab initio). Declining next week and going back into the pool is my best option as;
i) the date of ITA preceeds that of decree of nullity.
ii) POF hustle.
@Mcstan18, you're a wonderful brother, you've been a source of encouragement and pillar all the way. You've been involved in every step thus far and may God bless you beyond measures.
My prayer is that we shall all finish this EE race in good spirit.
