Remember bokoharam posing with armoured tank some years back. Maybe this is how it was transported to bokoharam and who knows the true story of the origin and destination of these armoured trucks. |
For those of you mentioning fulani i am 100% sure fulanis are not involved because Benin in pidgin term get as it take dey. Thus sane Ramat park has a military barracks, immigration office, road safety office, police station and others and not forgetting the place is ever busy. Real surprised this happened and they succeeded to kidnap. May God help for the quick release of the kidnaped victim and the dead police men family should be strong to bear the loss. Please i remember some years ago when i was in Benin there arrangement where armed robbers were killed at kings square also known as ring road and the rate of armed robbery was greatly reduced back then sha. |
Immediately the first salary is paid the next thing that happens the market woman will be the first to increase her wares and the next is PHCN increasing its tariffs followed by petroleum pump price increase all in a space of 3 months. I hope and pray this will not be the case of Nigerian workers from past experience where the government gives with the right hand and takes with the left hand. |
They should have held the competition on a neutral ground and persons who are not Ghanaians or Nigerians to do the tasting |
Nigerians over who makes the best jollof has been settled - for now at least - by a cooking contest held in Accra. Sika Mortoo, 24, beat her Nigerian counterpart, Chef Turay, to emerge the winner of the Onga Ghana Jollof Battle on Saturday. She received $2,000 (£1,600) while Chef Turay was given $1,000 for her efforts by Promasidor, the private firm which organised the contest. Here's the winner posing with her cheque: Thomas Naadi BBC Africa, Accra

The sad fact is for soldiers deployed to call them strange equipment. This means our army and its officers don't keep abreast of their industry. We expect a doctor or car mechanic to know new treatments or diagnostic tools, so I expect my army to know of military hardware out there. That's the essence of military courses even if no practical they can have pictures of latest or current vehicles and equipment used for modern war fare. Strange equipment in deed |
The destination of these heavy military machines is Niger republic. After all Niger uses Nigeria sea ports to transport goods to and from their landlocked country. I too know how to spin a story. |
In Nigeria we sell crude oil to buy petrol and also sell electricity and we the citizens are encouraged by our government to buy generator to power our homes as we also buy imported fuel from those we sold crude oil to in the first place |
Please can you guys go and read on China and America trade war and how tarrifs on china this week is affecting automobile industry in America. |
The only lesson to be taught is "inconclusive election'" by INEC to the Chadians. That's the only thing new Chad needs to perfect because they have perfected all the other rigging method's by INEC. Upgrade to INEC 2.0 with the latest on INCONCLUSIVE ELECTION. |

Native doctor wey no fit disapear. No level Only stupid people believe in this rubbish |
Exactly seven days ago, the Governor of Borno State, Umana Zulum had appealed to the people of Gubio not to flee from their homes. The residents had planned to leave for fear of the insurgents as a result of what they alleged to be a tactical withdrawal of troops from Gubio. The people of Gubio and other environs were advised not to flee their homes and because they were stupid and foolish they remained. The governor knows that he has to use these surrounding towns and villages as buffer settlement against the bokoharam insurgents. The governor who is very wise knows that if these buffer zones or settlements disappears then it will be a matter of time for the dreaded bokoharam to enter the capital and displace the government house. Those of una wey dey live in surrouding villages and towns and other outskirts known as environs make una dey listen to una governor, Make una no relocate to maiduguri town as IDPs na una go be first line casualties |
Mrphilia:Read a lot on presbyopia and i now understand all he needs are reading glasses. Thanks to google. |
Mrphilia:Thanks man, just that he is scared if using glasses. Too many hours spent in front if a computer i guess is the cause. |
My uncle has refused to use eye glasses. He can see very well and can still read but he can only read very small prints when the room is very bright and i mean extremely bright or if a bright torch light is directed at the pages of a book with small print. But if the print is large he can read it easily with little or no light. Any idea how to help this nice young uncle of mine. In his early 50s |
Not only America can impose sanctions. Ipob have imposed sanctions on their leaders, lets wait and see which igbo politician will dare break this sanctions on igbo leaders from entering erope or America. Federal Road Safety Corp member seen kicking a passenger after almost causing an accident in Lagos this morning after the commercial refused to give him tip. You meant BRIBE and not tip. Road safety are the most useless of all force men even more useless than police. Even vigilante are better than the frustrated Road Safety. |
The day i hear that Nigerian police can lift finger print off a crime scene and use it to persecute a criminal in court. That day i will start to believe in Nigerian. Police force. No need to dream sha |
The only way forward is for the masses to take their destiny in their own hands. It has started politicians of all the different parties wether PDP or APC will condemn this act as they are all guilty of suffering the masses . They go abroad and see the fine things there, instead of bringing the same here to Nigeria, they instead steal our money and send their children abroad to enjoy these fine facilities. How can the minister of health take his family abroad for treatment. The minister of education takes his children Broad to school.etc |
Its ok but if the student built the engine from scratch to finish using local materials then he got my attention. The steering wheel is obviously copy and paste. I can over look the tyres since i dont expect you to manufacture the tyres. What ever you have done is a nice one but take note any welder or iron bender can do better. Produce the engine even if it is half a kilometre it can run then you got my attention. |
Palmerbarry:I have fobia for heights if not i wont mind going to heaven. Lol |

AntiWailer:"You couldn't have served with this terrible English". Assuming the person has already served. |
luskysylver:Because the illiterates amongst us have the higher number of votes to choose among themselves who will rule the few literate. That said the northern politician are ok that their people don't go to school and so they can be used to get the votes while their own children school abroad only to come back and be head of all ministries and parrastatals. Thats why some say school na scam. |
A policeman has been arrested after uploading a series of posts on Facebook in which he threatened reprisal attacks against the army for killing his colleagues. Sunday Japhet is being held in the northern state of Bauchi and will "face disciplinary action", a state police commander told BBC Pidgin. Last week, three police officers and a civilian were killed when soldiers opened fire on a bus the police were using to transport a suspected criminal. The army said the soldiers believed that kidnappers were in the vehicle. Mr Japhet said on Facebook: "Those guys can't just be killed leaving their families to suffer like that." In other posts, he also insulted the president, the vice-president and the chief of police. Sunmonu Abdulmaliki, the police commissioner of Yobe state, under whose command Mr Japhet was arrested, said the force "just want to know his motives". An unconfirmed circular purportedly issued by the military, which was widely shared on social media last weekend, advised "soldiers to henceforth be circumspect in their dealings with the police" following the deadly shoot-out.

Issue of fulani herdsmen should be tackled first as it is painful to see farmers complaining about fulani herdsmen everyday. Farmers who will feed the nation are crying everyday of cows ransacking their farms while some farmers are being kidnapped or raped and killed on their farms by so called fulani herdsmen |
