Hello house, I have a first degree in Chemical Engineering and fortunately my occupation falls in both visa subclass 189 and 190. But in 190, only one state New South Wales with capital Sydney that sponsors it. Which subclass would u advised I choose?

Hello , I think u familiar with mock up. On the video tutorial by bestspoke , he first downloaded a mockup file from freedesignresourcesdotnet but I didn't get the place on where and how he bring s up the mockup file to Photoshop. How do we bring the mock up file to the PS?
