I want to be very direct with you: STAY with this company that is just starting if you want to be a career person or go for the Money agent whatever if you have a plan of being an entrepreneur. But either way you are still an employee albeit for your brother which does not sound like a good idea. STAY with the company it will be your stepping stone. I don’t want to start enumerating the reasons why you should stay there since some have already mentioned them elsewhere on this thread.
