There is what we call barakah or blessing which is endowed by God on worthy believers. This is unseen but the effect of it is that, however little the amount you earn, it goes a long way than those who earn millions. That’s why billions stolen by politicians would not be of much benefits to them. But the same billions, if used to repair roads and build infrastructure, they will achieve so much for the people. The world have really changed from the times you mentioned. Good, we are in a democratic erra where people should have their say. But are we taking this advantage at all?

It would be a wonderful idea if the organisers come together to form a political party and get the youths and everyone who'd be interested to join so as to try to change things.
I don't have a voter's card and I've never voted before but if my suggestion should happen, I wouldn't waste time getting one.
