You are right, I once used my car without horn for two weeks, I realized that I was more careful and I flash my headlights more especially when I want to overtake heavy vehicle which I usually use horn to alert.

Well truth be told Akpabio is more generous in spending, but that is the state money that he is spending carelessly. Udom does not throw money around like Akpabio even his close Associates have said so. However, the question to ask is DOES GOING AROUND “Dashing” people money mean you are a better manager of resources?
