JesusSonOfGod:Your post is a bit confusing Being born again as Jesus said is not by hearing the gospel but by doing the gospel. You write living righteously but still write that no matter how good or righteous a person life or deeds are they will still end up in hell. Abraham said, Lord I know you won't judge the righteous with the wicked. Do you take away the meaning of being truly born again to mean sitting in a church listening to a preacher preach. I tell you, we ought to do the deeds while not neglecting the scripture or the word of truth. 7 Likes |

Back to Matthew 19, on fornication and divorce, now verse 9 And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery. {written by IV} Except for fornication, that is, 1. expect she is found not be committed to the man 2. She is committed to idolatry, sleeping around and is not a child of God (Paul echoes this part in his writings) And not because you're now tired of taking care of a woman you have used and no more interested in. The man's adultery is him breaking commitment and faithfulness by discarding a faithful wife. Whoever marries her, is marrying a woman who in the eyes of God still deserves to be in her husband's house. Now because there was no unfaithfulness on her path for the marriage to be properly dissolved, in God's eyes she is still a wife, that's why Matthew 5:32 says he causes her to commit adultery. Now, let's understand a bit about how it works legally in the courts of heaven... If she is found to be a fornicator and her husband leaves her, she then has to repent of her fornication and then maybe remarry. Now when a man drives a committed woman away, she suffers but God punishes such a man except he repents of his wickedness. So if you are a guy here, you're enjoying that babe for free, no commitment, oga fornicator, repent before the day you will pay the price for it. If you are committed to her and you're sleeping with her, please protect her value and legally marry her. And ladies it is wickedness to leave a man who is committed and faithful because of your lust, for there are few that exists. So repent Free woman! free woman!! free woman!!! , yes you're a free woman, yes it is your body and yes marriage is not freedom to do whatever you want.. But read this carefully with wisdom The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 7:39 and listen For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. Galatians 5:13 As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. 1 Peter 2:16 Happy Sunday everyone |
