I have said it several times. The maths doesn't add up for GEJ. Two things can keep him. Remove Jega or disqualify GMB. Outside any of these, no way. But saTANs don't get it. Do they? |
The only ex-president who doesn't give a fuc.k. EYEBALL TO EYEBALL, like Benjamin Netanyahu he tells you what he feels. That's the stuff real generals are made of. GEJ is not IBB... GMB is not MKO... There is a lot to draw from the comparisons. Get your PVC. Go out and vote on 28th. Nigeria is bleeding.... |
More drama in the next few weeks. Military compromised. Even religious leaders are getting compromised too. Part of the media compromised. Judiciary partially compromised. But the electorate have the ultimate power. Your vote is your only power. Use it well. |
Op your analysis is flawed. People have decided long ago. GEJ visit to SW is to pretend to reach out to the west but we all know it's not effective. You also talked about #GEJPHONEYWAR! Our eyes don open pass like that. Two things. Yes two things that will make GEJ/PDP get reelected. 1. Ease Jega out and use TVC 2. Buy court judgment and disqualify GMB. I think GEJ will succeed in one of the options otherwise this is APC's election to lose. |
Nice observation but we are not unaware of PDP scheme to 'purchase' a court judgment on March 19 to disqualify GMB. The plot is gathering momentum already. APC should brace up to it quickly. |
PEJ: Jona, GEJ: Yes pEJ: From where you dey answer me? GEJ: I dey toilet o. PEJ: shit quick make you come hear another news PEJ: this buhari dey show himself well well GEJ: Wetin happen again? PEJ: Him go visit chibok PEJ: Shit quick make you flush am. The thing dey smell enter parlour PEJ: You too fear |
Those that will vote GMB have made up their minds long ago. Those that will vote GEJ have also made up their minds. Postponement does not change anything. If anything it favour the ruling party to perfect the evil machinations. But the game is becoming more and more difficult for them hence they are throwing all desperate measures in. Marcw28 is a long time. We shall see. |

Coach: Rotimi Amaechi. Match analysis: All eyes will be on match referee Attahiru Jega when the much awaited match between the defending champions PDP and the APC kick off on February 14th. The two teams have done so much in anticipation of this match. On paper, it is believed that the defending champions led by Goodluck Jonathan are favoured to win this contest. However, a lot of pundits believe that this time he is leading a weaker team than in 2011. And that the defending champions have been facing mediocre teams such as CPC, ANPP, AC.N in the past. There is a feeling that the current APC are a more formidable opponents having swooped in on some of the best players in the PDP earlier on in the season. During the last transfer market, the APC had broken the bank and splashed cash on some impressive players from the PDP and they have been handed a starting place. This may hurt the PDP. The strength of the PDP team however, lies in captain and striker Goodluck Jonathan who many believe has always ridden on sheer luck to win matches. His supporters are hoping that his good luck will still shine and smile on them again. The surprise in the first eleven in the PDP however is the inclusion of Patience Jonathan who is often credited with scoring own goals. Seriake Dickson has been made to warm the bench. Aside the captain, Jonathan, it seems the only in form player in the team is Akpabio. The PDP team also lacks strong players on the bench who can come on and make impact in the game. On the other side, the APC team led by Buhari seems to be determined to win this contest. Aside the exodus of former PDP players, they have had a better preparation thus far. Unlike, Jonathan, Buhari is considered a stronger player but has been leading a “one man squad” teams. He has been in the finals for record three times but has never played alongside the caliber of players in his current team. On paper, the PDP are considered favourites to win but the realities on ground point otherwise. The APC has strengthened their squad. They have massive support from their fans. In fact, the statistics for the sale of tickets so far shows that the fans from the areas where the APC is domiciled have bought more tickets than the fans in areas where the PDP are well known. The fans of the former seem to have upgraded their DSTv subscription and bought enough fuel to be able to watch the match live at home. The PDP need to encourage their fans to come out to support their team by getting their tickets (PVC). A lot of pundits have hailed the team selection of the APC. Their first eleven is as strong as the bench. The surprise inclusion of Olusegun Obasanjo who has not even gone through the transfer formalities but has been handed a first team shirt is adding a twist to the game. There is worry in the PDP that Obasanjo playing in the APC defence may portend doom for their team as he knows the PDP striker too well and may give him a hard tackle that may rule him out of the game early. Prior to the game, as expected of a game of this magnitude, a lot of mind games have been played by both teams. The APC coach, Amaechi fired the first salvo when he said that the PDP must play the game by the rules otherwise, there will be two winners. FaniKoyode of the PDP has been playing the mind games against the striker and captain of the APC about his lack of fitness. But the captain has been undeterred. He looks focused and determined to prove his critics wrong this time. The injury news of the teams. It is believed that Sule Lamido is not injured but asked to be dropped from the team list. He had wanted to wear the No. 10 jersey which has been given to the PDP captain. Chime got injured in training preparatory to the main match. Kwakwanso has been ruled out for six weeks. Doctors have not confirmed the extent of damage done to his heels during training. Atiku also sustained light injury during training though should have been fit to face his former team but is reputed to have had a disagreement with the team over selection hence his name is not on the first team sheet or the bench. So friends, fans what do you think of the contest? Will you give this presidential contest the same enthusiasm you accord the UEFA champions league finals, the El classicos, the EPL showdowns, and indeed the FIFA world cup final? Have you got your ticket (PVC)? Post your preferred selection, formation, team news and analysis. Let’s see how the game will go. Have fun. Enjoy! #PeacefulElections |
I don't get it. Why will it take forever to produce your own credential? Why didn't the APC verify all these. Why all these at this point of no return. I never liked the PDP. But something is not adding up with this certificate issue. No photocopy at home. None at INEC. None anywhere. GMB is about to squander a massive chance. Mehn, am getting disappointed. The earlier this is sorted out the better. |
Teke teke Mena parsin |
Is this for real? I have a feeling that if APC wins the presidential election, as generally expected, another kind of TAN will emerge to suport that administration. Guess the zone that will spearhead that TAN, igbo people. Anywhere belle face...... |
We are waiting for this insensitive administration to publicly kill the 54 soldiers. Its a disaster waiting to happen. GEJ hurry! Do it! The real army personnel have always complained of lack of superior weapons but the defence cheifs are feeding fat on huge military budgets because the C in C is languishing in corruption. Amaechi is only stating the obvious truth. The very reasons some superpowers like the US are reluctant to step in. Jona dont waste any more time. Do it. We will clap for you. |
The kind of news that makes GEJ to press the panic button. SaTAN abeg no attack me oo. |
O yeah, saTANs always arguin that ndigbo make up 65% of Lagos. Yet are unable to produce a governor. My take as always: It will take massive rigging for PDP to win 2015 presidential election. APC only needs NW, NE, SW & some marginal votes frm SS & NC. SaTANs kno the reality on ground but keep screamin "MADNESS till 2019" as if their lives depend on it. |
This is GMB's election to lose. I dont expect the saTANs to understand this write up or indeed my phrase. Let them keep screamin "madness to 2019" as if their lives depend on it |
Delicate decision but APC has no choice than to choose either Amaechi or Fahola. Never mind the saTANists. They re always waitin as ambush. Watever candidate is chosen they will pick fault. They are the kind Jesus refered to when He said I played wedding u did not dance, I play funeral u did not cry either. What a people! |
The choice has always been btw Amaechi or Fashola. In terms of votes, Fashola wud av garnered more votes. But this campaign needs a rugged man like Amaechi to fire frm all cylinders. Tinubu, Fashola & Osho baba shud always b on the campaign train though to assure the SW that they will not b left out in the scheme of things if APC win. Its a good news for a stronger combo to match the incumbent rascal for rascal, money for money, no more perceived islamisation agenda. |
No supporter of GEJ can beat his chest abt 2015 elections. A lot of things av changed. Disunity in PDP Merging of parties to form APC Defection of big guns Stronger opposition and in effect better checkmating of rigging GMB always a big fish to fry. Wiser and better informed electorate. APC gov rated better performers No more sentimwnt. I tell u it will take day ligjt robbery and collusion with armed forces for GEJ to beat GMB this time. |
From a neutral point of view, I must confess that some of u GMB supporters are disgusting. Why r u carried away by the primaries. Savour this moment but remember There's still much work ahead. Dont make jest if losers. Its annoying. |
Watch it! Some of u are already commiting an error of judgement. There's no proof yet of Atiku bribing delegates. Do not allow saTAN to cause division among the ranks. Atiku has often emphasized his willingness to work with whoever emerges. APC needs Atiku. GMB needs all the defeated contestants. The camp shud b united. No dissenting voices yet. To think that some are already calling for his head is laughable. Much work ahead |
Show's over brethren. Go home &rest. Congrats to GMB & supporters. Much work ahead. Aside mobilizing people, APC biggest task is to ensure formidable agents at polling & collation centers to guard against or minimize PDP rigging. Cos across d nation there is a popular yearning for a change. I still maintain that given a free and fair election, PDP does not stand a chance. |
Nice atmosphere, nice feeling, happy faces. Woow, viewing these scenes, I feel proud to be a Nigerian. Make no mistake, APC knows what they are doing. And they are going abt it deligently. Winning new hearts too. I wish them well. |
Atiku is richer than Tinubu, Amaechi and Rochas combined. You GMB fans need to pray hard. A call to a friend who happens to be a journalist right at Balogun staduim says there is till so much negotiation and money inducements from two camps. I don't know the other camp he is reffering to. Am afraid, GMB supporters might have a heartbreak tonight. |
Atiku pls take your money elsewhere! You are not needed here in APC. interpreter: Atiku abeg carry ur money go anoda place. We no want wuruwuru 4 here |
priapus:U r misleadin d public. This not true. |
No result has been announced. Pls no one shud mislead pple |
Delta. My Delta. Why are we so good at evil machinations. Even the women who should make a difference are languishing in corrupt act just to win primaries.... |
Buhari still remains the only candidate that commands large followership in the North. I still think BUhari will be APC flagbearer. all the political moves, wooing and body language so far suggest Buhari as the main man. And dont let all these PDP touts fool u. The name they dare the most is Buhari. See the CPC presidential election result in 2011 wen the party was barely six months. Amaech is possibly a VP. SW is already APC |
@Takaka or what is he called. Didn't u read the letter? Didn't u observe the period involved. Didn't u see the quantity lifted and the corresponding amount paid with the balance? Why can't u people tell the truth for once. Its amazing how this "local man" of a president surrounds himself with your likes. I have always said that three women who run (ruin) this govt. They are Dieziani NNPC, Stella BMW, Okonjo Wahalla and PEGrammar. |
What sort of commissioner do they have in Rivers. A survey conducted reveal ed a disturbing finding and all he could do is play politics of I better pass my neigbour by disputing the result. For ur info the commercial cities like Rivers and Lagos are mostly affected because of population and social life. |
At last! What a relief. Not a bad draw for Africa. CIV, CMR & Naija can make the round of 16. Am afraid its dead end for Ghana. |
GEJ! Why are your speeches always incoherent? Talk like a President. U are not a houseboy. Ur minister made the position of govt known to ASUU thru the CoVs and u are here saying 'no ultimatum was given'. And u ended up contradicting ur own self by saying govt will look into the Dec 4 deadline because of Iyayi's burial. Always pressing the self~destruct button. Very Unpresidential. |
