It is not correct to say that there will be an open rift between Netayahu and Obama. The US foreign policy is the same wether Democrat or Rebublican. In any case, if Romney had won the election, he would have also called in the Joint chiefs of staff and the secret service for briefing. I'm sure they would have told him that campaign rethorics is different from the real security issues. Also Israel, is US closest ally so no matter who occupies the white house, Israel's interest is paramount and protected. |
Trump is the real loser. Imagine his remark: The loser one! that's a new kind of American english |
Didn't Sarah Palin, US vice presidential canditate in 2008 say that she can see Russia from her house. Or that Africa is a country, Not all of them are briliant. I do business with some white people (Britons precisely), you would be amazed how they construct their own English language and their level of comprehension. |
Religion and delusion. Why not live and enjoy the best you can in this life first before worry about lifeafter. I tell you, so many people are living in heaven already and wont want to share the religious heaven with some of you guys. Heaven may have no class! My take: Live the life while you can. Touch lives. No one has died and come back with proof to tell us how heaven or hell looks like. |
Yahoo News, CNN on the side of Obama. Fox news with Romney. Its getting more interesting. 2016: Sarah Palin vs Hilary Clinton. That would be interesting too. |
US presidential debates are always difficult for the incumbent. Remember Bush, he almost phisically attacked John Kerry. Though the Obama administration has done well in terms of decimating Al-queada and its leaders, the terrorist attack on the US embassy in Libya is a dent on this administration. Romney, is going to key in on that and attack again like the first debate. But whether Romney wins tonite or not, this election is still Obama's to lose. Bring on Nov. 6!! |
lorddannie: Covenant offerings are not bribes to God for long live. but God sometimes feel compelled to do some uncommon things to givers. The case of Hezekiah is a classical one. God extended the life of Hezekiah because of his offerings and good works. See 2chronicles 31;2-12 and 2kings 20;1-6See another one. Get a life menhh, get a life |
Smh.... Did he force anybody to pay?!! Most of you didn't see the N500 category there oo. The money isn't going into daddy's account, the money is used for missionaries, creating new churches, organising services in camp, etc. If you know any well p.pastor in rccg ask him how things are bin done rather than saying trash
See this one! Just listen to yourself! How do you sound? With bums like you still around and wallowing in ignorance, fraudsters will always find those to defraud. When will you learn simple logic. Do you need to pay to get salvation, long life, success or even fame? Check the celebrities of this world? Check the billionares ( in pounds) of this world. They don't give a f..u.ck about a GO's prayer. |
This issue of tithe is really getting on my nerves. It went to its climax when my dad deducted 10% of his gratuity of 35 years in service for this exercise . I tried my best to convince him not to, that there were pressing issues that needed to sought out but he refused, i was mad.
Sadly, you will never be able to convince them.My brother was given a pay-off too.Good money for his four years in an oil firm. Before we knew it, his pastor succeeded in sweet-talking him into submission. I call it delusion. |
Next Sunday trust the pastor of her church and all the gullibles to scream hellelujah when she is given the microphone to give her testimony. Disgusting!!! |
So you expected The President of the United States to go to Kenya and organise a 'thanksgiving service' as soon as the results were announced? Now you accuse him of taking a lead in overthrowing the rogue Arab regimes while back home in the US his republican rivals accuse him of leading from behind. Again, he has visited some African countries whom he sees as a models for democracy. He shuned Nigeria, yes. But that was a signal for the authorities to sit up. By and large, like what one of the earlier bloggers said, the Amerian foreign policy remains the same irrespective of whether the president is a democrat or republican. You are entitled to your opinion but we know how the world feels about both candidates. |
luluosas: Why should it beat your imaginations? Mitt Romney won the debate and that's the truth. Oops, got me laughing out loud in my office this morning |
It beats my imagination that all the foreign media are saying Mitt won the debate. Naturally, as the person who wants to unseat the incumbent, Romney was expected to attack the Obama policies which he did. Did you guys expect the seating president to attack Romney? No. He needed to defend his policies and calmly pointed out how he will continue with those policies. The poll on who won the debate hasn't changed the polls rating in the swing states that will decided this election. The Democrats are not panicking. People would have been disappointed if the President had gone on the offensive. Romney hasn't even explained the specifics on how he intends to create the 12million jobs yet. Just my take anyway. |
Whether Papa Adeboye initiates a new peace process or not, Big Ben has drawn the clear red line for Iran. Let him watch out for the next episode of the events to unfold. |
It's always interesting to watch American politics so its not a matter of of how it affects us Nigeria. Most nations of the world are always interested in American politics. I put my money on Obama to win both the debates and the election in November You are not an american and don't live in america either. Why are you so interested in the US presidential debate? Will Obama or Romney eventually preside over Nigeria as president? Will Nigerian leaders take note on how a proper democratic election is conducted? Will those of you back home insist that your presidential candidates in 2015 engage in a public debate before you go to the polls to vote for them? Because the last time I checked, Jonathan Goodluck refused to engage in a public presidential debate with other presidential hopefuls but granted D'Banj an entertainer an interview instead. Yet, you people back home went to the polls enmasse to vote for GEJ and now you wonder why the man does not know what the heck he is doing as the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The average Nigerian residing in Nigeria seems more concerned about the affairs of a foreign country millions of miles away on another continent than what obtains in Nigeria. Yet, you wonder why Nigerian leaders dey take una dey play yeye while you continue to suffer and smile and live in perpetual darkness without those noisy generators when you should be holding your crookish looting leaders accountable for their actions or send them packing. |
Agreed, China currently has a strong economy but when it comes to military warfare, they always back down because they know US, UK, France and possibly Germany will back Israel. In my opinion, if not for restraints from US, Israel can go it all alone against all the mid-east nations. |
Ahmadinejad loves attention!!! He has always been disgraced at the UN general assembly. We are not new to his "madness" He thinks Russia will support him. Russian economy is weak. Their weaponry is obsolete. My piece of advice: Don't Bleep with Israel. |
wetin dey d table wey una dey complain abt. come my house on a sunday n see. bad belle people |
Atheists are intelligent people. To me, they'll make better hubby than most of these bunch of hypocrites who hide under religion to deceive people. Am a xtian, but I must admit that the atheist have a logicallly consistent and superior argument than some xtain folks who are only noseled by their pastors. |

Pathetic waste of space! So, Christianity to you is an ammunition to threaten people. You want to suppress people's right to express themselves because the truth is hitting your nerve. Unfortunately for your pathetic soul, not everyone is embedded in fear. The Fear that has captivated your ignorant mind. Your man of God is a Charlatan that is only valuable to a minority of people on earth. A very foolish minority. He is a mere man that has used a very valuable commodity, Religion, to enrich and elevate himself in a very corrupt society. Go and threaten the mugs in your church Guy, I always dey feel u. U really dare to think. Unfortunately, no matter how hard u try to educate these bums, they will always defend their oga like agberos |

God help your children!!! So masturbation is not a sin, ehh? So u can even be doin it and scream and speak in tougues abi? And some people here are justifyin and defending rubbish.Like my dad's manager who justifies his inflated purchases with receipts obtained. Christendom really in disarray. If Christ is to come back today (phisically), I tell you, christains would murder Him the second time. They will tell HIm that things have changed so much since last time he was on earth. |
@ Poster, Save ur breath. Oshio is a good gov. His programs touch the poor masses. No matter the campaign of calumny you and ur FIDIFI folks wage against him, Edo people and indeed the common masses like him. So find something else to do with ur time. |

hmmm, my people eyes don dey open small small, but e still dey pain me say the most gullible dem no dey come nairaland, JUDGEMENT OF GOD BEGINS FROM THE HOUSE OF GOD |
This is a presidential system of government. The president can appoint from within his party, opposition or even non-party members. Some people do not see anything good no matter what, In the US, the secretary of defence Obama inherited from Bush has been with his administration until recent appointment of Panetta. GEJ's appointments have been good. Or tell me, who else fits in Finance Minisstry? Dieziani Madueke has been in the oil industry for a long time. She knows. People seem to sabotage every of his effort for reasons best know to them. |
