Says Ready To Tender Audio Recording Of conversations between the Director-General of the SSS and some of the Judges involved


The ex-deputy governor of Imo state, Hon Engr Gerald Irona has said that there will be no governor in Imo State if the Supreme Court fails to upturn her January 14 judgment delivered in favour of Sen. Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressive Congress, APC for the March 2019 Imo state gubernatorial election in 2019.

Being Part of a recorded audio statement of Hon. Engr. Gerald Ironna (Supreme Court's sacked Deputy Governor) at the Awareness Creation meeting held in the office of Prof. Pat Utomi in Victoria Island, Lagos, with Civil Society members on Tuesday 4th February, 2020, Irona stated that;

“…we have audio evidences of how the DSS was calling members of the Tribunal and the Appeal court, giving them instructions on what to do and we are ready to tender the conversations between the Director-General of the SSS and some of the Judges involved. So, this matter is survival of democracy. The country is threatened.

"Let me just give you an instance to what the Senior Advocate reads, If you look at what Senator Hope Uzodinma presented to the tribunal upon which the Supreme Court of Nigeria gave their judgement; by tomorrow, we will be publishing booth by booth result presented by Senator Hope Uzodinma in ThisDay Newspaper.

“Now, if you look at No. 69 on the table he presented, we have a total of 492 registered voters. Senator Hope Uzodinma gave to APC 819 votes. These things were in records of the tribunal. He gave himself 819 votes out of 492 registered voters; registered voters not even accredited., not even PVC collected. And then awarded 7 to the PDP. That is 334 votes more than registered voters in that polling Unit.

“Now, you go to another Polling Unit among the 388 Polling Units, No. 285, on the table presented by Senator Hope Uzodinma, we have 449 registered voters out of which he gave the APC 780 votes and gave PDP 4 votes and you have 335 over voters in that particular booth. Look, I don’t want to continue with these. But if you look at the summary of the voting patterns, Senator Hope Uzodinma got average of between 12% and 15% of votes in other Polling Units but when you come to results he presented, he had 98% of votes casted in those 388 polling booths, including my constituency where he couldn’t win House of Assembly; he couldn’t win election; including His Excellency’s the Governor’s village of Mbutu where he defeated His Excellency and His Excellency couldn’t score up to 10 votes and he scored 800 and something votes.

“So, if you look at these, the Supreme Court of Nigeria did not; …and let me even say this; they never believed that we would find out. But, let me say one thing; we have records of fighting. When we were at the National Assembly, the then President Jonathan wanted to dictate to us on who would be the Speaker of the House. We said “No, you cannot.” He addressed us and we say you cannot! And we defied his order and voted and it was televised. This I’m telling you is the 7th House; 2011 when Tambuwal was the Speaker. So, we were at the National Assembly then. So we have history of struggle in our blood so we are not cowards. We were defeated in Civil War, our place was destroyed (but we are alive today).

“A day before this judgement they brought Army; brought Police from Enugu (82 Div.), brought from Port Harcourt, brought MOPOL from everywhere to Imo state. But we told our people “let’s hear the judgement’, and we have heard the judgement and we believe that we have window for redress. If they refuse to do that, there will not be governor of Imo state; there won’t be governance in Imo state. We are crying to the whole world to hear us and we are appealing to the conscience of fair-minded spirited Nigerians and all over the world to rise up and protect democracy.

“Finally, the man called Senator Hope Uzodinma had never won an election before and I can tell you this. When he went to the Senate, I was running for House of Reps and he the senate. It was our votes; he lost in his Federal Constituency. He had four Local Governments in his Federal Constituency and I had three; it was our votes that made him to win. But to show you that we are not lying, there was a rerun election in Imo state two weeks ago in his Federal Constituency – the Orlu/Orsu/Oru-East Federal Constituency. He is from Oru-East. His candidate lost and the PDP candidate won; in his own constituency even as a sitting governor. You see, the momentum of his victory at the Supreme Court would have made his candidate to win.

We will not legitimize this illegality. Among other things, help us to insist that those judges must repeal themselves. Help us to escalate these facts; let Nigerians see the facts. We will be happy when Nigerians see the facts and the Supreme Court says ‘all these things you have said we have heard but we won’t do it’. Then we will now go home and say “Buhari, rule other parts of Nigeria but Hope will not rule us”. I hope I am not making threats? But I am telling you that democracy is under threat in Nigeria.”

Since the amalgamation of Nigeria by the British, Nigeria never knew peace. The amalgamation produced a “convenient fiction” known as Nigeria. The political arrangement makes for no political cohesion but political confusion and contradictions.

The long running monopoly of power at the centre by the northerners anchored on politics of exclusion, gives undue and unmerited advantage and privilege to the northerners at the expense of other ethnic groups. The non-inclusive politics and governance practiced by the northerners, arbitrarily ceded the ownership of Nigeria as it were, to them. This practice of politics of exclusion makes it impossible for a government of collective purpose and common vision. The federalism practiced by northerners is a business run by family, village, clan, and Sharia irredentists.

The recent bombings, killings, kidnappings, Boko Haram, and Fulani herdsmen terrorists are the latest signs that Nigeria cannot be one country for long. Some Nigerians especially the delusional few ruling elites still believe the trading back and forth of Muslim and Christian, north and south presidents is the best way to prop up the collapsed country.

It is tragic that General Muhammadu Buhari as president and his few supporters refused to see the handwriting on the wall that Nigeria is on the brink and that Nigeria has fallen apart. As a matter of fact, Nigeria has collapsed. There’s no semblance of government in any of the 36 states of the federation. We are watching a Nollywood horror movie “Nigeria: A Bloody Country” graphically depicted in unrestrained horrific state of disorder, killings, violence, corruption, escalating religious and ethnic tensions, that continue to fuel agitation for separation.

For the past almost 60 years after independence, the situation in Nigeria looks no different. With each passing day, it looks irredeemable. Nigeria is always boiling. Always engulfed in violence. Disaster is always looming. It’s always fresh calamities. Nigeria has always been on the brink. Nigeria is doomed with an inexorable collapse.

To think of restructuring Nigeria will be like pouring water into a basket. An attempt to restructure Nigeria will fail because the northerners with collaboration of few bribed Yorubas and Igbos will defeat any meaningful restructure. You all remember what happened at the National Conference set up by President Goodluck Jonathan. At the conference, the northerners opposed every progressive proposal such as more autonomy to the state and local governments. They opposed state and local police, new revenue sharing formula based on derivation and other ideas to move Nigeria forward from the 17th century feudal country to a modern 21st century nation.

The northerners remain the greatest obstacles to a workable union based on true federalism. Federalism is a political system that permits a large measure of regional self-rule, a preserver of liberties, and a vehicle for flexible response to citizens’ problems. These features are meant to reduce conflict between diverse communities. They are meant to encourage competition, creativity, and innovation.

But the Northerners controlling the centre are anti-true federalism, anti-democracy, anti-one Nigeria. In their greed for power and resource control, they monopolized every available political and governmental positions. There used to be “federal character” whereby all states were equally represented in political appointments and in the federal bureaucracy. But, not anymore.

Federalism allows regions to federate and govern themselves, or risk national dissolution. The northerners’ interpretation and practice of federalism is winner takes all. The states have been turned to beggars. They have rendered the states powerless. The federal government has 68 items on its exclusive list - a recipe for dysfunctional federalism and ungovernable nation. The federal government is too powerful, too rich, too prodigal, too corrupt, too irresponsible and unresponsive, too moribund, and too lopsided to foster a united, purposeful, peaceful, and prospered nation.

A true federalism based on equity and fairness prevents agitation for separation. In the absence of a true federalism, separation is the alternative and the lasting solution. After almost 60 years, we still don’t know where we are coming from and where we are headed. Nigeria is not one. Nigeria can never and will never be a nation. Enough of the tomfoolery. Let’s reason like human beings with some intelligence and wisdom.

Now to the international community, America in particular. It is no more politically wise for the US to continue playing the role of non-interventionist in the theatre of destruction caused by religious bigotry and ethnic cleansing sponsored by General Buhari through his Fulani terrorists jihadists. By its sheer size, population, and economy, Nigeria is too important for the US to play the role of an observer.

The US should do all in its power to hasten the peaceful break up of Nigeria before the Fulani terrorists jihadists plunge the country into another civil war. The situation in the country has reached the climax where separation is inevitable. The Igbos are long gone from Nigeria. The agitation for Oduduwa Republic is deafening. Oduduwa Republic beckons!

It is believed the Prime Minister will speed up plans to ban petrol and diesel cars

The sale of petrol and diesel cars will be banned five years earlier than planned, under a climate change drive to be unveiled by Boris Johnson.

The Government announced in 2017 that it would impose a ban on diesel and petrol cars from 2040 as part of an effort to tackle air pollution.

However the Prime Minister is said to be speeding up the plans with a view to implementing the ban by 2035.

The idea was first mooted by Grant Shapps, the Transport Secretary, in October last year, when he indicated that 2035 was a target he would like to aim for.
“The government’s own advisory committee on climate change said 2035 is a date for which we should aim,” he told the Conservative Party conference.

“We need to test these arguments and work in partnership with industry to examine how to proceed.”

A joint committee report in 2018 criticised the 2040 target as lacking “sufficient ambition” and urged for it to be brought forward.

The Commons' Environment Food and Rural Affairs, Environmental Audit, Health and Social Care, and Transport Committees warned that “there is insufficient urgency in current policies to accelerate vehicle fleet renewal”.

"Whilst we welcome the Government's commitment to end the sale of new petrol and diesel cars by 2040, this target lacks sufficient ambition,” they said. "It is too distant to produce a step-change in industry and local government planning, and falls far behind similar commitments from other countries."
Mr Johnson has made his commitment to the environment clear, having last year promised a “clean energy revolution” that he said would be achieved by using “the power of science, innovation and technology” as a means to tackle climate change.
Air pollution causes an estimated 40,000 premature deaths a year in the UK and is linked to health problems from childhood illnesses to heart disease.
Meanwhile concerns over nitrogen dioxide emissions have grown since Volkswagen was found in September 2015 to have cheated air pollution tests for 11 million diesel vehicles worldwide.


Only recently George Freeman, a transport minister, said he had been “cheered” by Volkswagen’s announcement that it would raise its electric car production forecast for 2025.

“We have momentum, we have know-how, we have industry commitment. Many people haven’t made the shift from electric motoring being a nice idea, a vision, to being a practical reality that we are going to do,” he said.

On Tuesday Mr Johnson will set out his Government’s environmental ambitions ahead of COP26, the UN Climate Change Conference which the UK is hosting in November, although it is unclear whether Mr Johnson will make the announcement to end use of petrol and diesel as part of this framework.

It comes after COP26’s president, Claire Perry O’Neill, the former energy minister, was sacked from the role on Friday night over “concerns about her leadership”.
Mr Johnson informed the former Tory MP that she was removed from the post with immediate effect, leaving the position vacant with just 10 months to go until the event in Glasgow.

It is expected that a cabinet minister will to take over the role, although no names have yet been announced.

Human sacrifice is a great cruelty to its victims. Human sacrifice is a blood covenant with evil, and with the devil! Human sacrifice tells Satan to come and live among us. Oh African Christian, we MUST get involved in stopping this evil, and we MUST get involved in ENDING human sacrifice in Africa. We are the light in Africa, so we must chase away this evil darkness!

African Christians, these are things EACH of us MUST do:
1. Tell EVERYBODY we know and even strangers that human sacrifice is a blood pact with Satan.
2. Pray that God will deliver Africa out of human sacrifice and Satan’s grip.
3. Pray that God in His mercy and grace would convert witch doctors and others involved in human sacrifice to become TRUE Christians who will also destroy their shrines and idols.
4. Support WAHuSa (World Against Human Sacrifice) a virtual web-based group that is completely FREE and is on Facebook. Support WAHuSa by being a WAHuSa Activist, just as we at “Christianity for Africans” have become. It means telling everybody you know that human sacrifice is wrong and must stop. It means regularly going to the WAHuSa Facebook page, liking their posts, acting on the information there to help STOP human sacrifice, giving WAHuSa suggestions as to what else we can all do to BE INVOLVED in ending human sacrifice.

As African Christians we are to deal with those wrong and evil things that are in our society. GOD has His eyes upon us to see whether we will play our Christian part to end human sacrifice, that blood covenant with Satan, or whether we will do nothing.
