The reason why I hate fake xtianity. There was a day catholic priests told us to look at the sun that virgin mary was crying on the inside. Oboy, my retina nearly damaged, bc white lights started appearing red at night. I was 14 then and i regret every second of that day. This gave me an insight of what pastors and Fathers are all about. Most pastors and Fathers are fake, they always want us to be afraid. |

Ayasunmbo: First of all as a muslim we are meant to live between hope n fear. When good happens to one, he says alhamdulillah n if oda wise we still say Alhamdulillah(cos probably some are even worse in dia own calamity)
In addition to the verses bro Lanre quoted above anytime I feel am in a bad situation I remember dis aayat "or do u think that u will enter paradise while such trial has not yet come to you as it to those who passed before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until(even their) messenger and those who believed with him said," When is the help of Allah?" Unquestionablly, the help of Allah is near. (Q2;214).
Allah doesn't allow bad tinz happen to his own, buh rather makes him firmer after the trial.
I always pray that Allah doesn't test me beyond my capability o(aamin) its clear the Quran is saying the same thing as the Bible, so why are they quarelling, why are christians and muslims almost enemies. I understand the christians wants to tolerate islam but its not working. |

It is illegal to watch pay TV as FTA. Startimes is running on dvb-t2 modulator and Mpeg4 multiplexer. If you want to watch it by any other means, that must be with their consent/the CA system. If you really want to experiment, you have to use a Dvb-t2 decoder and search for the encryption system which i think is Nagravision 3 according to Eutelsat W2A. The guy with KAON terrestrial, i am sorry you will get nothing. The Kaon K220 is a dvb-t Mpeg 2 decoder, you can only use it in the east of the niger. |

Car Talk › Re: How Does One Control A Car When Front Tyre Blows Out On High Speed? by mecussey(m): 4:36pm On Oct 17, 2013 |
lomomike: Composure is the key here. Knowing you have had a blown up tyre yet trying to stay calm while bringing the car to a controlled stop is very very important. When running on high speed and a tyre suddenly blows out, DON'T go any where near your BRAKES and DONT suddenly turn your STEERING WHEEL out of tension or fear. Most people will suddenly slam on their brakes (when a tyre burst, all the weight of the car shifts to that burst thus the car will tend to dive or dip in that direction plus the inertia might forcefully steer the car towards or away that burst tyre violently; slamming on the brakes or suddenly turning the steering wheel Will result to a total loss of traction on one or more tyres, or violent sudden shift in car weight and this could result in loss of control or roll over or a somersault, or violent careering of such car suddenly off the road ultimatly leading to a crash) immediately you experience a burst tyre, that brake should not be touched. Grip the steering wheel firmly and gradually bring the car to your intended direction (on a straight line), gradually take your legs off the accelerator pedal. Keep holding the steering and guiding the direction of the car till it slows down very well then you can finally pull over to the shoulder of the road and stop.
Please at all times ensure you stick to your vehicle manufacturer's recommended tyre specification. Also don't run too fast on roads that you aren't sure of. Maintain equal tyre brands, type and rating on all wheels, plus don't over or under pump your tyres and finally don't use bad, expired or substandard or worn out tyres. You see this is why Physics have to be a mandatory course. Someone who read physics up and down should know this. If you check the momentum and kinetic energy automatically, you will know how to handle the force (MA) mass x acceleration and also fear (F). |

Romance › Re: I’m Pregnant For My Cousin Again, After 2 Abortions by mecussey(m): 12:39pm On Oct 10, 2013 |
silverdam: This is a true life story and its from a reader/ friend, things are happening in this world… Read below:
Hello, my name is anonymous, I’m a polytechnic student and I am pregnant for my cousin for the third time. Me and my cousin are age mates in our early twenties, we’ve been secretly dating for 2 years now.
I don’t have a boyfriend neither does he have a girlfriend, we started having sex 2 years ago and this is my third pregnancy for him, we’ve previously aborted 2 pregnancy that almost took my life. Its all started when I gained admission in his school, I was told to live with him for some period before I would get my own accomodation cos he was a year senior to me and he was living alone in one room on campus.
I accepted to live with him cos we are cousins and I see nothing bad in it, to cut the story short we started having sex due to the fact that I’m always careless with my body. I broke up with my boyfriend and he also did the same thing to his girlfriend, we fell in love with each other, we were behaving like couples to the extent that neighbours were suspecting, we had sex almost everytime cos I decided to live with him as couples on campus before my mother separated us because she wasn’t comfortable with the way we were living together.
Now, I am pregnant again and I am really scared of abortion because the last one I did almost took my life, its not like we don’t use condoms but we can be careless sometimes. Our parents must not hear about it, I’m 6 weeks gone now, my cousin is begging to go for an abortion but I am so scared and out of my mind cos I don’t want to die.
I don’t know what to do, I’m even considering informing our parents cos I don’t want to die, what can I do apart from abortion?
tosinsilverdam./2013/10/10/must-read-im-pregnant-for-my-cousin-again-after-2-abortions/ One guy said he does not pity anybody, both old and young because, he does not know what you have been doing with your life. pofolo: i went hunting for ctl in ibadan today, and these are my findings...
I started with startime decoder, no show. Then my old dvt\dtd box for ctl on yagi antenna and discover their signal is active on my old TREND box but didnt get any station, BUT on adding the DOWN CONVERTER, i was able to get the ctl stations which include 7 jsc sport channels, mbc action, mbc max, cine afr, hitz tv, cnn etc. However only cnn was showing as all other were all transferred and visible only on AUDIO, just exactly how an mpeg2 decoder will treat an mpeg4 channels. and thus concluded the dtd i have isnt "up to date" to pick the stations. i also tried it on strong 4653x ( without down converter)......no way !!. but with the converter i was able to get just one tp...11842 v 4991 , which yielded no channel after scanning.
plan geting a gotv decoder to test when i return from work today....
update later....
Still on CTL ibadan
Eureka !!!, Got home 30mins ago, and as promised, I tried geting ctl on Gotv decoder. Without DOWN CONVERTER, I got just the gotv channels + 4 startimes channels. However, when I connected the DOWN CONVERTER, I noticed that while scanning, it was picking some channels but was writing "LOCKED" and after scanning I got 8 channels. TBN, Smile, joytv , cine afrik , hitz tv, 4kids, emmanuel tv and peace tv , some of the local channels on CTL ibadan.
Tired now, will try with 4669x before I sleep. Pics will be later. Viva fta !!! See, this is why I like Lagos, guys try out everything. When I was in Lagos, I try all things but in the east. You have tried alot of things here mehn but let me give you some clue. Your old TrendTv is actually MPEG 2, and Ibadan is running on MPEG 4. You can send it to me with a balance of 7k and I will send you an MPEG 4 or better still go to the office.. gotv and star are all Dvb-t2 and they should be able to get dvb-t if the yaggi is powered with the normal voltage. However, the CA will not allow you to view all the channels. |

(currentbrands@gmail.com) Was thinking on how to bypass the initial cost but I think Radio stations and Local T.V stations are advantaged So...back to the topic..I wanted to use good diagrams to explain this but time has become very costly. Terrestrial broadcast is divided into 4/5 blocks. 1) content 2) Multiplexing/CA i.e MPEG/CA, 3) Modulation, 4) Transmission. You may get more information online but uniquness is important. I will go deeper than you can imagine about Nigeria/China pattern...you know what I mean. To be continued... |

When I check I will get back to you. You sent this on February, have you made any progress at all? Like I said before, it's not an easy process and now that things have changed. The problem is how to go into the market. GOTV and Startimes are already operating on T2, but its just modulation. Mast, Antenna and Power are the basic, any other thing can be done after these. However I look at it, T.V will end up on terrestrial and FTA due to the unstabililty of currencies. |
