Heathrow44: Help!
A friend of mine has his name on the senate list of a university, the names for batch A stream 2 is out and his name is among, his 24yrs and according to nysc to apply for exemption you must be above 30yrs or married or have a life threatening illness, So please house, if you have ever successfully boycotted the nysc program how did you go about it and what's the process of officially applying for an exemption letter?
I'm awaiting your responses NYSC officials in the house, your advisory is greatly needed, He doesn't want to go for NYSC as his job won't offer the flexibility and he has no time for it.
Please move to FP for fast response; he has less than 2 weeks to come up with a decision My brother, due to work pressure, I left school, came back and graduated at 29. Wanted to apply for exemption the system no gree, I asked everybody they say no way. I was willing to pay money for the exemption letter yet no way, I just abandoned the thing. After 3years I came back again and told them am above 30, they said I as far as I graduated at 29 that I must serve. They posted me to Bauchi, I abandoned the thing. I am thinking of a sickness to use now yet, they said I must report to Camp first. Please, if you find any solution, mention me. I actually thinking of working the service to my nearby location let me just serve like Davido and get out. |

AirFireEarthH20: I never knew there will be toll gate at the much dramatized bridge. Nigerian government collected loans to build rail to Niger Republic, a less important economic route, for free but these loans would be repaid by Nigeria. While the bridge that will connect those of us from Niger Delta and the Igbo people is going to be tolled? That toll gate will be burnt down... anytime they put it back again, it will be burnt again again. Useless people! I no blame Igbo people sha, na those of us in the Niger Delta wey no get sense. Smh Igbo blood dey ur body...the 9ja delta people wey no get sense just want to hate igbos hence they threw away common sense. This Fulani people use jazz hold everybody ransom, I don't understand how they managed to cage every Nigerian like wild animals in a zoo. I wonder how they expect Nigeria to work. Politics › Re: Which States Will Produce The Most Electricity? by mecussey(m): 1:53pm On Mar 15, 2022 |
COMPAQ: The cost of bringing gas out of the ground for use is not materially different if Anambra state controlled it compared to FG!! There is no huge cost being levied on you by any FG.
Just be ready to pay for electricity at the economically viable price, whoever is bringing it out of the ground. And not have this backward mentality that because it belongs to your state, it should be or will be cheap!! You see the reason why Nigeria is backward, we dont have the economic brain power to analyze stuffs. What determines "cheap and expensive"? is it not what you get vs what you spend. If Anambra manages her gas well, and return the dividends to Anambra, you think they cant pay for more comfortably? In the US petrol is about 4$ per liter (2k Naira) but Nigeria paying 250 Naira for fuel is more expensive because, the people dont get 250 Naira easily. Like I said, only when States manages there resources, that Nigeria will make sense. For now, Peter is been robbed to settle Paul. |
Politics › Re: Which States Will Produce The Most Electricity? by mecussey(m): 11:22am On Mar 03, 2022 |
LegendHero: I will tip Lagos state because they have the purchasing power to consume the power for the sponsors to reap benefit or break even.
Power generation is very expensive and for the state to break even, they must have citizens that can afford it in their multitudes.
If NBS gives us the correct data of states residents purchasing power, that can help each governor to understand what it will feel like if they embark on such huge projects.
Governors will now start campaigning with “I will give this state 24hrs electricity and bla bla bla”. Looking forward to that honestly. You are right but it depends on how the power is generated. The problem still is, the natural resources are been controlled by the federal government. Anambra has enough gas but FG will determine how much they will get it as fuel to generate the electricity...meaning the masses will still pay for the huge cost. The solution to Nigeria as a country is let every state manage her resources, trust me ONE NIGERIA will start making sense to everybody. |

GreatAxeMan: Refresh you memories and ask yourselves, who has a historical track-record of kidnapping and raping women in Nigeria? If your mind tells you Boko Haram, then congratulations, you have just solved the "problem" of who these "bandits" actually are, and why they will be coming to your neighborhood in the nearest future. Why do I say this?
Every day, thousands of Almajiri beggars are pouring into the South. Nobody has any idea what the true identity of these beggars are, except that they come from the North and our politicians who have sold us out are afraid to upset their aboki ogas, so they welcome these vermin into their states with open arms.
These same Boko Haram/bandits have already turned the prospect of traveling on many interstate roads in the South West into a game of "try your luck," and if you think they're going to stop at that, then you need a brain cell injection.
Remember that these are the same bandits whom the Buhari Administration had to be forced to be declared as terrorists. They dragged their feet and were reluctant to do so until public embarrassment and humiliation forced them to do it.
Nigeria's future is written in blood. A lot of unknown people riding okada these days in the southern part of Nigeria. Those people are not Hausa people, I believe they are diplaced people from the North and potential bandits. Herding is not working I am thinking they have changed strategy |

1. The guy never brings women there again. 2. The guy makes a single expensive purchase and never returns. 3. The guy tells his friends about it, and those friends don't go there.
Instead: 1. The guy brings more women. 2. The guy tells his friends who start going there. 3. The waiters realize that customers like this, and more start responding to customer cues. You have sense, you must be a science student or a programmer because, Arts students dont reason this way. |

The first time I moved out of my parents house In 2018 I literally rented a house for 40,000 naira a year, and it was a room self contain in delta.
Today there is no single room self contain below 200-250,000 naira, and that’s even the ones in rural areas, anyone in town is from 300k and above, and yes just a room !!! Wtf is happening?
I’m so worried about Nigerians, am I the only one facing these issues or is every one so rich they can easily pay 300k for a damm single room apartment Why Ritual and Yahoo dey on the rise..Nigerians have been made tough to survive by any means.
