Chisom, a student of UNIZIK, has publicly revealed that she's intersex and stated that she and others like her will no longer live in hiding.

She said she's noticed that a lot of people are talking about intersex people after a lady came out online. Chisom, who is a DJ, said she's one of those who are intersex. She added that there are so many people like her but they have been living their lives secretly. This, she said is about to change.

In a video shared online, she said: "Intersex are real. We're real and we're no more hiding."

She added that they aren't deformed and are simply that way because of nature.

She continued: "And anybody that is asking stupid questions; do they have dick, do they have this one...? Then, I'll just advise you, pray to God so God will give you a child that's an intersex. Maybe you'll now see for yourself how intersex looks like."

What is Intersex?

Intersex is a person is born with a combination of male and female biological characteristics, such as chromosomes or genitals, that can make doctors unable to assign their sex as distinctly male or female. Being intersex is a naturally occurring variation in humans, and isn't a medical problem.

Tragedy stuck at the Ijo Mimo High School, Akure, Ondo State, on Saturday, as an SS3 pupil, Temitayo Oluwole, fell down from a mango tree and died on the premises of the school.

It was gathered that the deceased was the senior prefect of the school and was preparing for the Senior Secondary School Certificate and the National Examinations Council examinations coming up in June and July.

A colleague of the deceased, who spoke on condition of anonymity, stated that Temitayo was sent by a teacher to pluck some mangoes from the tree after the weekend tutorial and that he hit his head on the ground in the process.

The fellow pupil stated, “We all came for tutorial on Saturday and after the tutorial, one of our teachers asked him to go and pluck some mangoes for him; it was while he was on the tree to pluck the mangoes that he fell down and later died.

“This was the fourth time a student had died after falling from that particular mango tree in this school; in spite of that, our teachers still send us to pluck mangoes for them from that tree. Despite our cries that the tree is evil, we can’t disobey them whenever they send us to climb the tree to pluck mangoes.”

The father of the deceased, Pastor Bode Adegoke, expressed sadness over the incident, adding that the boy fell from the mango tree and hit his head on the ground.

He explained that the deceased passed away at the Trauma Centre, Ondo, where we was referred to.

“When the incident happened, we rushed him to a private hospital, where we were referred to the state hospital and from the state hospital, we were again referred to the Trauma Centre, Ondo, where he gave up the ghost around 6.52pm,” Bode said.

He also stated that the matter was reported at the police station.

The Commissioner for Education, Mr Femi Agagu, who confirmed the incident, said the state government would look into the matter.

When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr Femi Joseph, said the command had commenced investigation into the case.

“We have commenced investigation into the matter,” he stated.

This comes after one Kolade Johnson was hit by a stray bullet by SARS Operatives at Onipetesi, Lagos State while watching football match.

According to one Emenike, who with the incident, said the officers had come to the area to arrest a guy on dreadlocks.

He alleged that they started shooting sporadically after the arrest, only for one of the bullets to hit the boy.The victim was subsequently rushed to the general hospital in Ikeja, where he was confirmed dead.

However, Nigerians have been calling on Federal Government and Nigerian police to end F-SARS with hashtag #ENDSARS

A family of six has lost their lives in a tragic motor in Niger State.

The motor killed one Jamal Yar, his wife, his two children and two of his sisters.

Lady accuses Madonna University of getting her brother locked up over a Facebook post.

Nigerian lady identified as Goodness Chidimma has cries out for help after Madonna University, Okija got her brother, Chijioke Nnamani, locked up after he criticize the institution lecturers on January, 11 2019 on his Facebook post.

She revealed that her brother has been in prison since 4th of Feb.

She wrote:

Nigerians should know what @madonnauniokija is doing to my family

My bro, Chijioke Nnamani is an alumni of Madonna uni, Okija campus; mass com set 2017.

A petition was written by his own Alma mater against him (and others) which led to his arrest.

He was currently serving at @nyscdelta . What did he do? My brother simply wrote a post on Facebook, that good lecturers were scarce and the institution should be nice to them or they might resign.

That's all. I've attached pictures below so you can read yourself.

A simple regular post, made the institution involve the police and arrest him on grounds of Kidnapping, armed robbery and cultism. He was charged to court but the court threw out the charges. In order to hold him in prison, they changed the case to Cyber crime.

@nyscdelta has never showed concern for my brother all through this tough time, Even though they knew the first charges which made them give him out were thrown out.

Since 4th of Feb, my brother has been in prison, and this sch has done all they could to end his spirit.

But like they say, the. Spirit of a journalist will never be broken. He was supposed to pass out on 14th March alongside his mates. I humbly call on all Nigerians to be aware of this broad daylight oppression, by the authorities of Madonna University.

I am simply a student and they might come after me too. They've granted him bail so he can come to court from the house but the prosecutor has refused to go and verify the residential address of the level 12 officer they asked us to provide as shortee. Just to delay his release

My mum who just became a widow last year December cannot handle this anymore. I call on all the Human Right Activist in Nigeria to come to our rescue.

In a country where the right of the common man is disregarded, may God fight for his people.


They make promise to us of a better tomorrow but they forget the fact that today is yesterday's tomorrow, where is the hope of the younger generation
