Politics › Re: Buhari: I’ll Finally Crush And Defeat Terrorists Before I Leave In 2023 by MedicH: 9:29am On Jul 26, 2022 |
CoolAmbience: Insecurity is terrible.
Admittedly, Buhari can do much better.
However, if it wasn't Buhari at the helm, it would likely have been far worse than we are witnessing. We have seen so many positives in the midst of all these.
Thousands of residents from different Borno communities, once camped at various IDP facilities in the state, have returned to their homes, and importantly, their farms. This is very fundamental. The food crisis would have been unimaginable had this not happened. This is the singular most proactive, thoughtful, and beneficial thing that the FG has done, yet the least talked about or appreciated, and in fact, that effort has gone grossly unnoticed.
We all can see the protests in Spain, including outrages over fuel and food costs in the UK, US and elsewhere. A country even invaded their seat of government and pursued their president out of the country.
Thousands have been freed from the captivity of kidnappers and terrorists. All these are evident in the creation of an improved environment for development, which Gov Zulum is exploring. Zulum, today, is unarguably, Nigeria's best performing governor, particularly in terms of physical infrastructures; and also of course, we can see that the terrorists and bandits are no longer concentrated in Borno as before, but now scattered and taking advantage of states with 'weaker' security architectures.
The governors have to sit up strongly, and work with the security agents and FG. We are now seeing respite in Anambra and Imo because of what the governors are doing. States have to make their territories red-hot and unhabitable for criminal elements.
The insecurity is certainly a cumulative effect of bad leadership, over the past decades.
It could even get worse with a next president, notwithstanding his best intentions and efforts.
For me, I think that we should get to the fundamentals and quit the self-denials and pretenses. Parenting is at its lowest ebb. Religious, educational and community institutions have now become morally bankrupt, as quests for ill-gotten wealth swell. These are the main issues. What do you do as a parent when your 17 year old son suddenly comes home with a Mercedes GLK? How about a 16 year daughter who is still a student and without a job, but fends for her entire family? And the politician, within your neighborhood, who has acquired vast expensive properties at the expense of his people's welfare? What are the roles of society, families, communities etc, in all of these? Job creation is also at the root of all of this, but security has to be tackled appreciably for this to happen. something is wrong with you. Communities are paying tax to boko haram and you are saying IDP camp residents have returned home. Did they chose to return home and accept paying tax to the terrorrists? Who told you that IDP camps in benue, Kastina, Niger and Borno are all deserted, what manner of lie is this? Are you using lies to justify your oppressors, telling lies against your own self? Why do we have over 1000 repented boko haram fighters and not one can telll security operatives where they hide, how they move so we can ambush and end them once and for all. The list of nigerians that UAE released as sponsors of terrorism what did buhari do about them and how come nothing was said about it again? Which psychiatric hospital are you typing from because i can sense that you are in chains right now These are pertinent questions. |

Tell me how fearless and Honest he was when he was the executive governor of Anambra State.
Let him tell you how he manage Anambra resources that the current governor had to borrow 100 billion in less than 100 days. Less than 100 years after Obiano was governor abi or are u very stupid? Peter obi was governor for 8 years, through that period he was always defending his mandate in the court. That is fearlessness. He could not play the game in PDP because he will have to use his personal money to contend with thieves who has looted the treasury and kept u in the position u are today. Today they told u that debt servicing is more than revenue. Those debts wetin they use am do, they stole it all. Ode. |

I wonder if your stupid mother birthed you stupid like this or u inherited stupidity from her. You can go ahead and vote ur tinubu while I vote Peter obi. The difference between u and i is that while you blindly believe that 1000 repented boko haram bombers cannot give intelligence information to security operatives to end boko haram once and for all, i do not believe that is the truth and I call it balderdash. |

homosapien: So the Obident Ipob aren't gullible by saying their lord and saviour will wade a magic stick and all the problems will just disappear. They are not gullible. Nigeria need the truth and can only progress by the truth. There is so much money moving around, entering wrong hands. Nnpc remittance, contracts, petroleum trust fund, subsidy payments, igr, gdp, etc etc. They are feeding u lies since time immemorial and u are swallowing it because u don't think. Nigeria needs one intelligent and fearless leader that will tell the truth about where these funds are entering and Nigeria will progress. Only the truth can set this place free. Peter Obi is the man. |

tunjijones: So Peter obi will come and clear the debt? You guys are really funny.
Peter obi, like every other politicians only have one thing in mind. To enrich themselves and their family. Nigeria is very broke and I don't see things turning around anytime soon.
Apart from poverty, we have insecurity. Have you ever stopped for once and sincerely ask yourself how Peter obi will stop kidnapping, banditry and boko Haram if he is elected president? You are just very clueless and makes me wonder if you were born stupid or u inherited it. Notbing emboldened terrorism in Nigeria this way like buhari and his people. He treated all of these with kids gloves. When UAE govt released a list of Nigerians sponsoring terrorism and some of them are in govt what did buhari do. He announced to people in benue that if u don't want to be killed, u give herdsmen ur land, there is massive proliferation of fire arms and all of these bad leadership issues led to an emboldened terror group in Nigeria. Who exactly are boko haram sponsors? What is the role of shettima? The guns that herdsmen use who give them? Why is it easy for terrorists and kidnappers to pass through checkpoints that are supposed to be manned by security units? How come you know that when you clamp down on boko haram sponsors, identify them and drill them with hard facts of their involvement, terrorism will stop. How do we have over 1000 repented boko haram members and not one can be able to say look at where we are, look at how we operate. They keep on feeding you lies from day one till this moment and u believe anything because u are very stupid and without mind of your own. You do not think. Peter obi will figure out the truth about all these thing. I am interested in Nigeria and want to see this place progress. I am voting Peter obi because I want to learnt the pure truth about these things This leadership of this country is a true reflection of the followers because just as the leadership is clueless and without tactics on how to succeed the followers are even more stupid and clueless. Thank you. |

handie: All these trillions being used to service petrol subsidy yearly, why not use them to fix the refineries and then totally deregulate the petroleum sector? How long shall government take decisions based on emotions rather than economic logic? Same with University education. Why not allow university autonomy and allow university raise their own revenue and spend it on their schools with only the FG taking supervisory role to discourage corruption? Yeah! High fees and all that will come in but at least with a transparent scholarship scheme..... Maybe say any student who scored 250 or 300 in Jamb qualifies for such scholarship will ensure those who are brilliant but would hitherto be unable to get good quality education qualifies for such. But nah! We'd rather have Endless ASUU strikes and substandard educational system so as to appeal to majority. I'm not an elite nor am I elitist but a serious government needs to take some hard decisions for the benefit of the nation. This petrol subsidy and several others don't help the nation. That said, I've got some very nice auto deals. I've got a 2011 Mercedes C300 for sale @3.9 Million Naira and several other cars like A 2003 Camry, 2006 Toyota Highlander and several others. For inquiries and negotiation, my WhatsApp number is 08089945511 So na car agent work u de do u go use de pay ur children university school fees of over 600k this man? How can u be advising government to take decisions that will bury u entirely. |

If you vote Peter Obi the cabal will use experience to ensure he could not do anything but if you are still deceiving yourself that Obi understand the poor people just know that BUHARI understood the poor than OBI yet we are here because of the cabal that need stubborn person like TINUBU to scatter them all So tinubu and shettima will scatter the cabal all of whom are apc members abi? |

Today they said nnpc has not remitted money to treasury since February 2021 and now the total revenue is no longer enough to pay interest on loans talk more of servicing recurrent expenditures which means if salary come or e no come nobody should worry.
