Estrogen is one of the hormones released during pregnancy and this hormone is responsible for developing the female sexual characteristics like big boobs, rounded hips, behind, all those nice nice things.

This hormone is normally formed in the ovaries during puberty in a normal growing chick. However, estrogen is also produced by the placenta during pregnancy to help maintain a healthy pregnancy.

So yes as stupid as it sounds, pregnancy can make breasts grow bigger. So when u abort, u gain the bonus.

Even all my ex girlfriends that got married and got pregnant also have bigger boobs during their first pregnancy period which gets me asking why they weren't like this when we were dating. They always tell me I suppose enjoy the bonus but I no do wetin I suppose do.
