Only in the south u'll hear retiree suffering for years without pension, some have to even protest or die with no pension, even minimum wage isn't yet implemented in most southern states ( 6 out of 7 Northern Western states started paying in the first 2 months from its effect).
If there is any issue of brutality or harassment like SARS in the south we'll run to our traditional, religious or political leaders and before things get out of hand it'll be controlled.
