1. It's not possible for God to give us a gift and collect it back no matter what. If God should collect it back, which is impossible, then it's not a gift in the first place.

In 1 Corinthians 2:12 we read... Now we have received not the spirit of the world but the spirit of God; that we might know the things that are FREELY GIVEN to us of God.
Why do we have the spirit of God? It's to make us aware of the free gifts we have in Christ like the gift of righteousness, sanctification, justification, redemption, including eternal life, etc etc all in Christ (1 Cor 1:30).
When we believe that Jesus shed his blood for us, he died and buried and God raised him up from the dead we are saved and sealed by the Holy Spirit and immediately we have all these and more as gifts in Christ Jesus. That's why we go to church to learn these things and grow. There's no other reason why we should gather than knowing our gifts in Christ and if we dont know then respectfully ask your church leader(s) about these gifts in Christ. Remember, it's FREELY GIVEN. FREELY GIVEN IS FREELY GIVEN.

God's grace means Gift. But there are different kinds of gifts. Most gifts of men come with "Terms and Conditions Apply" one way or the other but that's not so with the gifts of God. Paul made sure to differentiate between God's gifts from all other gifts when he qualified God's gift with the adjective "free". (Rom 5:15,16).

Man HAD a sin problem but no more. Why? Because of these gifts in Christ:
For the wages of sin is death....(now that's bad news...but wait! the Good news is that)....the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ..(Rom 6:23).
Eternal life is a gift only in Christ and if eternal life could be cut short by any means then its not eternal life God gave to us in the first place.

Paul made a distinction between grace (gift) and works in Romans 11:6 kjv:
6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
Verse 29 of Romans 6 reaffirms the confidence and assurance of God's gift:
29 For the gifts and calling of God is without repentance.
God as God can't change His mind about the gifts He has given you in Christ. That's why He's God.
Supporting verses: John 3:16,18; John 5:24; John 6:39,40;etc)

2. The sin that takes people to hell is the sin of unbelief.
John 3:18,36; 1 John 5:9-12; John 16:8,9; etc. etc. Please be sure to look these verses up.

In Hebrew 3:7-19 the writer was using the example of what happened to the Israelites when they were about to enter the promised land and God was not happy with many of them and many died not seing, not to talk of to enter the promised land. Why? Because of the sin of Unbelief. See verses 18,19.

So for us today sin is no longer the issue because of what Jesus has done: his death, burial and resurrection for salvation (1 Cor 15:1-4).

Nobody needs to be in unbelief today for God is forever satisfied with the sacrifice of His Son:
2 Cor 5:19,21
...19 to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, NOT imputing their trespasses unto them: and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.....
21 For God hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be the righteousness of God in him.

To be saved is to have eternal life, salvation is God's gift to us. Since it is God's gift to us as u said, ''God is not a man'' who give things with term and conditions. So he can collet his gift back from us.

My question is that now should we backslide, (commit sin), deny (Titus 1;16)Christ, and be unrepentant. Paraventure we die in our sin act , do we still have our gift of eternity?

Rom 8;14 for as many as are led by spirit of God, they are sons of God.

,ur case is simple but complex. simple in d sense dt d symptom of photophobia u re having could b alleviated by using photochromic lenses and complex in d sense dt photophobia as a symptom could b associated with many ocular conditions nd it wld take alot frm taking a thorough case history to clinical examination to unravel. I wld suggest u visit an eye clinic fr proper examination and treatment __

Na my doc gave me one transparent glass. I will change my doc soon. But if i change to anoda eye doc, how will i explain what is wrong with me to dem to make dem understand. I have visited 3 mbbs doc and an eye doc, several tyms. And the prob still persist.
I reside at ilorin if u can point a gud doc for me. And d best way to explain my ailment.

Predegre has lost it form now o. If u didn't enter jamb cutoff, u won't be given admission. These is the new directive from jamb. The only way it has advantage over jamb is that, if u fail postjamb as u did dis year and u passed pd. You would have been given admission.
And it also increase ur chance of being admitted into a competitive course.

am do it depends on d source of light i use to read, if i shud read in a large ha'll, dat is spacious and d light is well circulated. It will be normal, but shud i stay in a place d ray of light is concentrated, it will affect me. And if i make use of bright lamp i will be affected. And it sometimes itch me.

1): find the numerical value of the velocity when t= 0 and the distance between its positions when t=0 and t=9.
