No matter the profession, your personality comes first. We have scenarios in which a father defile his daughter, uncle raping 2 year old niece. All these trait are inborn, so no matter there profession they will be a pervert.

In Medicine, we have code of conduct and ethics, for a Dr to do anything with a woman, a nurse or orderly that is a woman must be present. So if a Dr want to check on you, you can ask for a lady to be present if you're not comfortable with him alone. (KNow your right pls).

So labeling a set of professional by the actions of a few bad eggs is out of place.

PoliticsRe: Has Bukola Saraki Served Kwara State? by Meel:
hmm
In life everyone cant and would never succumb to the same school of thought. Be it in politics, religion, economy e.t.c. Everything is about perception, I.e how I see things and how you see things.
Now back to the matter , which is about Kwara state and leadership. We all know the system of government being practiced in Nigeria is democracy ( which is government of the poeople by the people and for the people) thereby making democracy a game of numbers. He who have the highest numbers has the vote. Nigeria politics is not Democracy but Oligarchy ( government run by the few especially the wealthy). So in nigeria politics, so far the set of people ( oligarchs) are enjoying things then all is good irrespective of the well being of the masses( who are those that really matters).

Now refuting your points, you said .
As turbulent as the political atmosphere may seem today in Kwara State, if you ask around, even today, the name Saraki is synonymous with politics and governance in Kwara State, because there is virtually no family who has not benefitted from the positive impact of Dr. Saraki and his family.
Saying no family has not benefited is a complete fallacy, Fallacy of hasty generalisation / ambiguity . How do you arrive at this conclusion please. Ivan ( one of the greatest tyrant to ever rule) government benefit Anastasia Romanov and his conhorts. so I believe people in his inner circle will always benefit from him.
So you said Oloje , oko olowo, oja iya people benefited from him. With all due respect sir, do you envision the life they are living there for yourself. Those people live in abject poverty, I mean abject one, the standard of living there can be compared to IDP camps. The only thing they enjoyed from him is ; , 5kg semo, igara cloth, and 500#. And during Ramadan period they get Akara and pap.

And when you spoke of empowerment , as I said earlier it is only for the people in his saraki family.

I have no personal qualms against Dr Bukola Saraki, he his a man of excellence, strategist. But what he his doing in Kwara State is in no way different from other Nigerian politicians be it PDP, Labor party, APC and co. They are there to serve themselves and there cronies alone and enrich there pocket. But the difference between Saraki and other politicians is that Saraki , he holds grips unto Kwara like a crab grips a man manhood. Other state politicians are on there toes, they don't do things and get away with e.g Akala of Oyo, mimiko aregebeshola(even though Fg still had it way). and co.

In science when we compare things, we have a standard in which we use in comparison.

which is Kwara state being compared with??

I am not partisan, neither do I vote or support base on ethics or religion. i stand for good governance irrespective of the individual. But we say no to godfathers like Tinubu Saraki in Nigeria. Let the masses decide, so they will always know whatever the outcome, it is due to there decision, not imposed fellows

even my mum that retired from customs on level 6 her pension now is 33k.

tinubu iis a thief
They are all thieves, from Atiku to Buhari to Saraki to Tinubu to Ajimibi to Aregbese.

But the ish is that it's more difficult in a place than the other.

The last time they collected gratuity in kwara state is 2008 making it 11 years now. For the past 11 years no one has collected any severance package in kwara state. And that wicked soul called Ajimobi did not paid anyone gratuity since he has became Oyo state governor.

All politicians are thieve, they are there alone for their friends and family. To enrich their cronies pocket. We should all have a united front against all of them irrespective of the party.

You must be a comedian...
You made me to laugh at ur stupidity

So saraki is the governor of kwara now bah

And those supporting Buhari is as a result of hate towards who??

You just spew absolute rubbish in post

Btw
How much is a newly employed local government worker earn??
Do you even know anything about minimum wage??

If kwara can pay 25k for minimum wage set as 18k den who are you to complain??

How much is lagos or osun state newly employed local government earn??

I can back up my say that a grade11 osun state local government worker earn 63k as salary....

So don't let us spew out just for hate
Laugh at my Stupidity?? embarassed you don't need this sir,

Is Saraki the governor of kwara state?? ( this is why I emphasized on occupants of kwara state) Any occupants knows who the real governor of kwara is.

With all due respect sir, you said you are knowledgeable about minimum wage grin, so when I said entry wage for level 7 is 25k ( nce/degree). Does that equate the 25 k to minimum wage?? Sir, with your understanding , you should know that, we have level 3 workers ( carpenters , guards, cleaners) with primary school and olevel cert working for the government. So how much do you think they are being paid when degree holders are being being 25k!!

Minimum wages have been defined as “the minimum amount of remuneration that an employer is required to pay wage earners for the work performed during a given period, which cannot be reduced by collective agreement or an individual contract”. 1. The Fg adopted minimum wage is 18k, meaning no matter the qualification of the staff or the job they are doing, the least amount they most pay is 18 k. Even though the minimum wage is pegged at 18, some state pays 9k ( Oyo), some 12, Not verified but I heard kwara pays 3/5( not sure). The 25 k paid to them include, basic salary, allowances e t.c.

And you spoke of Osun state, I personally used to curse Aregbese almost everyday for complete 9 months, I was once ladokite And I know what he did to us , but that is for another day today is about kwara state.

APC and PDP is the same, just the change in letters, non of my family members are politician, so I don't expect any personal favor from any politician. But as a patriot, I want good governance for Nigeria not family enrichment or a group enrichment like the Sarikist( Saraki political family) and the Mandate GRP of Lagos.

This is very true! I remembered when I was about rounding up my service year ( I served in UBE Secondary School, Kaiama, Kwara State, now Mora Tasude Secondary School). The school principal asked how much will my salary be if they retain me as one of their teachers. I told him #80,000, he shouted that even Level 17 of the Kwara State Civil Service doesn't take that amount. I was shocked.
The man locked himself in his office and cried for hours.

So if you think this story is false, go to Kwara State and fact check it.
Good morning ma
please don't argue with those ignoramus up there , they believe everything is a propaganda. So far any news is not in there favor, it is a lie.

A newly employed lg worker/ teacher in kwara state earns within 27 - 35k per month ( depending on the qualification Nd/ncee/degree). Kwara state is the worst state to work for in Nigeria , I know this because I have spent over 20 years of my life in Ilorin. The funniest thing the people are not complaining, and the ones complaining are not voting. My Dad once worked in kwara State, when he got a federal appointment, his salary increased 3x.

The only people that's kinda of well paid are the tertiary institutions workers, ( kwasu, k.p) and health workers. But there pay is still low compared to other state workers. E.g a newly employed medical Dr, can't be paid up to 100k , but starting salary for Dr in Uith is like 220 - 250. when ordinary (just graduated) Pharmacy intern goes home with more than 110k per month.

Am not partisan, any government in power doesn't in any way help me individually, the only benefit I receives is what the general populace get. So am not in support of any political party. But I can say categorically that non- kwarans supporting Bukola is doing it ignorantly. Maybe because of their hate for Buhari, but i tell everyone here that, if Saraki becomes the President, he will be the worst in Nigeria history ,and will ruin us. I don't know of Atiku, Tinubu Kwankwso, e.tc. But the one in my backyard, I can tell you of him.

If either Atunwa or Abdulraham becomes Gov of kwara, non will I benefit from personally. All I just want is good governance in my city, and country.

Kwara state is the worst state in terms of development in Nigeria.

Saraki saying blabla bla about education in karate is a big lie.

let's use KWAsu as a case study, all there medical courses have not been accredited. I know of some individuals that have graduated for the past 2-3 years and due to lack of accreditation haven't done internship nor go for service.

To all those supporting saraki, for one reason or the other, well done. But I pray you should be at the bad side of is reign.

Saraki is a god in kwara state, he has party structures, market woman who are die hard loyalist, the money e.t.c.

Kwara state election has always being decided by the iyas, ( Oni besike and 500#, 500#).

Abdulrahaman might be financially capable , but his he appeal to the general public. When Tunubu and Pmb wan comot Gej they came with money bags ( Ameachi, Tinubu, rochas and co) and they use Buhari integrity. Had it been PDP used kwankwaso or Atiku then, the result might be the same.

Tinubu , lai Mohammed and co are imposing candidates on kwarans , and am sure dey will fail, abdulrahman will be the flag bearer but they will fail. What is lai Mohammed impact in Oro? He his a Lagos based politician.

It really pains me that APC has lost it in kwara state. Saraki rules continue. Until all this politician gets there act together, Saraki dynasty will continue to be in place.

EducationRe: LAUTECH: Any Ray Of Hope Or Simply An End-time University by Meel: 12:14pm On Sep 21, 2018
pfadom:
In the words of Apostle Paul gave a glimpse of the end-time in 2 Timothy 3:13, "...while evildoers and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived...". Does this clearly describe LAUTECH? Are the present travails of LAUTECH mere circumstantial or an obvious trend?

Many wise and intellIgent people knew it would come to this level. It is a University where academic dishonesty, financial mismanagement, and administrative immorality with chunk of the people living above their means. A university where sycophancy is embraced even by the Vice Chancellor. They follow them to church/mosques, meet to discuss frivolities, major on the minors and minor on the majors.

It has always been a university where:

1. full-time lecturers work as though they were part-time.
2. lecturers hardly stay in the office,
3. they attend classes only when they feel like,
4. discuss only the exam questions with studnets weeks to exams,
5. collect money from students to pass and sleep with femaie students.
6. students contribute to buy a set of vehicle tyres or buy new cars, generating sets, refrigerators or even help complete houses for staff.
7. A staff in one of the Faculties was found to be parading himself with an imaginary PhD from the University of Ibadan with which he was promoted many times, yet the verdict of the system was place the said lecturer on the rank that matches his qualifications? What a university? Could this be an end-time university?

What a useless University management and thoughtless staff. They all saw the present predicaments coming?

This is the only university that keeps passing NUC accreditations through backdoor arrangements and manipulation even when they know nothing is working - no working laboratory, the library is just a building with outdated books, no reasonable collections of journals and current conference proceedings.

During the last NUC accreditation exercise in May/June 2018, they thought they were fooling the world - NUC inclusive. They issued fictitious appointment letters to every jobless graduate and postgraduate student they could think of, created files for them as potential staff, yet no letter was handed to those hapless individuals. They use them to beef up the staff-student ratio on paper, but deep down they know they were no staff, they signed no assumption of duty document. What kind of university would decide to write official letters duly signed by the registrar, received by the Deans and the Heads of Departments with the knowledge of ASUU, SSANU, NASU, NAAT.

Many of these Departments, Units, Sections have Pastors, Imams, and other so-called Born-again Christians and Muslims - where is their conscience?

Less than two months period was used for registration, lectures and examination in the last semester. All the staff and students know this! Any future for this system? Find out their recruitment strategies - (1) politically inclined, (2) through back doors, (3) appeasement god fathers, (4) how many sound-minded academics remain in the university? The staff are divided along ethnic and religious lines to the detriments of the students. Right before their noses, LAUTECH is undeniably regarded all over the world as the only Accredited Yahoo-Plus University.

Truth be told all of them - management, staff, students, religious fanatics- are part of this mess! What was the outcome of the staff and financial audit? Great revelation of corruption!

This was not the LAUTECH led by Professors Olusegun Oke and Akinola M. Salau.

Though it seems to be the end-time LAUTECH, I can only pray that this will not be the beginning of the end of LAUTECH.
Your topic should be, corrupt practices in Nigeria Universities : Lautech as a case study.

Nothing is working in Nigeria, but sir what can be the
cause of this your lamentations.

HigherEd:
Lakuli it's finished

I recently wondered how state universities pass NUC accreditation test, schools like EKSU, KSU ought not to pass. But i discovered that the vast majority of these state universities are paid tens of millions by their state goverments to deceive NUC's visiting teams. Towards the NUC visit eLibraries that were not functional start functioning, libraries are stocked with borrowed books, faculty offices are stocked, laboratory equipments are borrowed and worst of all manipulation of academic staff list.
State universities are not the only people guilty of these shameful act.

Most private universities also bribe , and falsify things during accreditation.

The reputable ABUAD , did something similar during accreditation exercise of it's medical courses. They employed the appropriate staffs required, and adhered to NUC and Council( regulatory bodies) Student and lecturer's ratio. After being fully accredited, the school decided to dismiss some of it staff, for one reasons or the other.

Am not saying this, to defame ABUAD, but just stating the obvious. ( Am sure the school did it for fund ish)
Am a student of a private uni also, my university is also guilty of that act. During accreditation exercise, they go on look for individuals with Master's and Phd , they make a contract with them( to appear as staff). E.g during nursing accreditation, they invited nurses with MSC from different teaching hospitals, to stand as Academic staffs of the institutions. After the accreditation exercise, they pay the people money and thats all, they are accredited.

N.b I was once a ladokite( I transferred due to the strike). I believe no school is worst, each just have it own ailings, and strength. All Nigeria Universities be it , government or private needs appropriate funds to function well.

95% of what the op wrote up there is fallacy,

How will sugar intake cause Diabetes, Diabetes can either be Type 1 or 2. Both types occur when either the pancreatic Beta cells ain't secreting enough insulin, or when receptor cells don't recognise it. Sugar high intake only have effect on people with Diabetes , which lead them to hyperglycemia. And ppl without Diabetes, no matter the sugar level, will be regulated with type. ( Too much glucose is being converted to glycogen)
3. Sugar( starch , carbohydrate ) are all being converted to glucose in the body. I have never heard or seen where too much glucose decreases Intelligent Quotient.

4. sugary food - diahorea , I can agree to that.
but dysentery huh

In regards to sperm cells and ejaculation, I can't find the relativity to eating sugary stuff.

I will implore you @ op to make proper research before posting things.
