It is true that the panel of judges upheld both the card reader and manual accreditation.
But the nagging as well as the challenging issues here is that during the sitting of the tribunal, INEC brough bags of incidence forms pleaded with the tribunal that they were bring more bags before they could tender it then before the tribunal judges.
Its was recalled by Olijimi (SAN) Counsel to the APC that INEC closed its defense praying the tribunal not to bother about the incident form.

In conclusion, i can say that wike relying only on the catd reader has already lost his case as both the tribunal and the Appeal court delivered judgement based on so many grounds and only relying or the card reader.
.
what I don't understand is 'why will INEC come to court with some bags of Incidence Forms and leave the rest in their office and start pleading for time to go and bring them, when they know that the matter is the root cause of the appeal?

I am present in the court and i have never shared an update here. I wonder why people are posting false update hete.

The panel of judges had only dismissed a motion by wike, PDP & INEC lawyers in which the prayed the judges to declare that the it was wrong for the Tribunal to sit in Abuja and not PH.
This motion was unanimously dismissed by the panel of judges.
It is yrue that the panel of judges upheld both the card reader and manual accreditation.
Again Wike was suppose to appear before the tribunal but he never did but rather presented a newspaper publication whete the committee set up by JEGA ajudged the Rivers election to befree and fair.
Also the inability of the witnrsses to read or answer qurstion put to them by the counsel to APC is a weak point for wike.
In conclusion, i can say that wike relying only on the catd reader has already lost his case as both the tribunal and the Appeal court delivered judgement based on so many grounds and only relying or the card reader.
At the moment the panel of judges are on a few minutes break.
kindly disregard any update hetewhich says that the panel of judges uphelp any ground as they are only listening to the respondents and the Adoption of briets by all the respondents.
thank you so much for this update. I urge u sincerely, once the judgement is delivered, do give us a factual and unbiased report like this.
Thank you and God bless

Even when I was in primary school, not teacher on earth could have done that to me. Op, stand up to your right. Report the matter to your HOD. If he doesn't take action, escalate to the Dean of your faculty. If nothing is forthcoming, take the matter to your institution's senate.

Politics › Metuh Has The Right To Remain Silent by meforyou1(op): 9:52pm On Jan 19, 2016
Ever since Metuh was shown paraded on handcuffs, I have been reading so many obnoxious posts about the reason of the show of shame being because Metuh did not 'co-operate' with EFCC by telling them what exactly he did with the money given to him to carry out an assignment.
And I have read where they said that Dasuki wasn't given same treatment be cause he 'co-operated'.
For the majority that do not know, Metuh has the Right To Silence.
Below is the full explanation of the universal right to remain silent.

"The right to remain silent is a legal right recognized, explicitly or by convention, in many of the world's legal systems.
The right covers a number of issues centered on the right of the accused or the defendant to refuse to comment or provide an answer when questioned, either prior to or during legal proceedings in a court of law. This can be the right to avoid self-incrimination or the right to remain silent when questioned. The right usually includes the provision that adverse comments or inferences cannot be made by the judge or jury regarding the refusal by a defendant to answer questions before or during a trial, hearing or any other legal proceeding. This right constitutes only a small part of the defendant's rights as a whole. Also can be defined as the Miranda Rights ."

Politics › Re: See What Igbos Are Saying About Olisa Metuh In Handcuffs, Will Shock You by meforyou1(m): 9:36pm On Jan 19, 2016
The sheer ignorance of Nigerians is very alarming
So when you are invited by the EFCC, the way they treat you in public when they take you to court depends on how much you 'co-operated' with them. That's pure bunkum. An imagination of an illiterate and little mind.

Not that logical as you think. this would be a nice clean river before dry season.

Digging would disrupt the river bed. Might yield water for now, but would affect flow later on.

They learnt over centuries to let water seep out little by little, makes it cleaner too. grin cheesy
keep quiet joor. With all the advancements in technology, you are still using century-old method to source for water
