And YES EFCC has such orders. I haven't seen it because EFCC did not and doesn't have to publish it. If Fayose get mouth, let him go to court. Have you wondered why those talking are non lawyers? Where is Ekiti State Attorney General?

I know what an ex parte order is. But the hue raised by Fayose's camp got me thinking they may actually have spoken the truth. I wonder why they are raising dust if they dnt have facts. And really, its his lawyers who shd comment. Not even the AG.

They have the right to investigate any politically immune individual after obtaining an ex-parte court order. No bank will take orders from EFCC without the order. All Fayose's boys want is to engage EFCC in dirty media fights to show the world the ex-parte court order. But EFCC is wiser. He has threaten to go to court, let him go there.

I know they have the right. The issue is, did they get the court order to freeze his account before or after the act?
And I agree, let him go to court. The truth will play itself out there.
