Have you been to Lagos to ascertain the situation presently? It's worse than those place mentioned.
Mind you , all both River Niger and Benue empty into the Atlantic Ocean which actually surrounded Lagos and some part of Ogun state.
Presently, some communities in these 2 states are already flooded that their only source of commuting is canoe.
