The CBN is doing all it could to kill the banking business in Nigeria.
How can one explain the action of a wicked guardian or custodian that insists on seizing N60 out of N100 earn by Nigerian banks?
If not for the resilient of these southerners
This baseless RANT should be taken to the political section. You are crying more than the bereaved. The serious banks will always find a way to sustain, there are many ways to kill a rat.

I have been banking with GTB and Zenith for more than 15years not once did they offer me 1million overdraft. With the new CBN policy they are all mailing me to take loans. I have taken GTB quick credit 3 times in a row to invest in my business. If na before dem go put money for TB and go to sleep while entrepreneurs dey struggle. Be kiaful o.

If the Investors and insiders get it right they can unlock latent wealth, if they get it wrong they will lose funds or are just there
My analysis has more to do with UPDC listing more shares which may not translate to better return right now. I have said updcreit is solid but its not a liquid stock, as for UACN i cant tell the future.

Meanwhile i spoke to a very key insider in UPDC recently after seeing all the posts on this thread. Effort is being made to turn things around but there is nothing much to expect from UPDC in the short term. I wish every investor luck. When the market is heated even average stocks can gain 1000%. grin

IT SIMPLY MEANS (UACN) Property Development Company Plc Rights Issue of 15,961,574,145 Ordinary Shares of 50 kobo each at N=1.00 per Share that was done last March was successful.
Anybody Investing in UPDC at this time should do so with insiders knowledge and the very long term in view, You can listen to marketers like this guy here at your own risk.

Here are the Facts.

UPDC made a turnover of N2.3 billion in 2018 and N2.1billion in 2019. Thats a decline year on year before this 2020 COVID shock. For these Turnover they made a loss of N15.8 billion in 2018 and another loss of N15.1 billion in 2019. I dont have issues with the losses.

However,Lets assume they didnt make a loss and they were able to convert 50% of their N2.5billion turnover to profit( which is not possible) in 2018 and 2019 they would have had an EPS of about 50k with the initial 2.5billion shares outstanding. Now with the shares increased to 18 billion units. A feasible EPS from a profit of N1.25 billion (50% of turnover) is 0.069kobo

Is this scenario above creating wealth for shareholders or making them poorer?. Except this company sells some of its assets, do a share reconstruction or look for other revenue stream i dont see investors here making money soon.

The UACN stool is standing on 3 legs, UPDC is non existent right now,UACN is broken and under repair,UPDCREIT is standing well but not liquid. Do your calculations, know your appetite for risk taking and make an informed decision.

Crude about to hit 40 dollars...speculators hope u are ready
Increase in Crude price may not save us from more devaluation for now. Dont forget that we have cut the quantity produced like other oil exporting countries hence reduced revenue is the reality, furthermore there are backlogs of cargoes on the high seas that needs to be sold.

Things should look better for our FX in 1 to 2 years when Oil price goes back to $54, Quantity produced goes up and Dangote Refinery kicks off. CBN doesnt have the dollars to do squat for now.

Wetin dey do this one, was i active on this thread during CCNN? I was talking about liquidity here, is that point disputable? Meanwhile i spoke to a director of UPDC today about this unbundling noise, as far as profitability is concerned the coast is not yet clear for UPDC infact theyve added fasting and prayer join. Of what use are millions of stocks you will get from the unbundled entity but wont be sellable? grin grin

AS far as UACN is concerned, Ignore the noise here please. Buyers Know what you are buying!. If you have peace with it no qualms.

Anyone Planning to Trade in UACN because of the sweet talks on this thread should be very careful. The Stock is currently on full offer with zero bid and that is bizarre. Of what use is a stock that can fetch you 1000% but can also become illiquid despite the promises of huge returns coming soon? Apart from UPDCREIT in that group, UACN and UPDC are far from making tangible profit to sustain current prices. Never trade on hope, trade with fact and you wont cry.

Free him, speak for yourself not for everyone like me. Everyone is entitled to his opinion. I personally enjoy his analytical predictions with Rabbi.

In this market, impossibility is nothing. I have seen Zenith come down to 10 naira twice in the last few years.. in fact it came down to 8.9 while gtbank was 13+ so what are you talking about?
Why are you talking from both sides of the mouth thus taking on meshpips this morning? You were the one defending meshpips few days ago, what changed between that time and now. I would have respected him more if he accepts is L now and learns from there but never. Na to dey shift goalpost. Meshpips is like one of those Samurai warriors that would rather die on their sword than admit defeat.

Meshpips my blotha, i have N10million idle right now, please i dont even want Zenith at N12 again. When can i buy at N13/N14. Just give me range of months. God bless you for the hardwork bro. grin grin

Anyone buying CARVETON above N1.00k is doing so at his or her own risk.
BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE
Newbies should take this posters stock recommendation and criticisms with a pinch of salt. This guy hardly market any stock for selfless reasons. He drops comments to influence panic sales to enter low and when he enters he begins to hype his stocks.

I saw through his charade with Wapco, at N12.85 Niggar was getting more people into the bus so he could exit at a premium. While few selfless posters were advising would be buyers to wait for PULLBACKS. When i see people like this ,i will call them out. Its better not to post at all but to post for selfish reasons.

The wise ones here have said it all, know what you are buying and why you are buying it.

I have already done the analysis for GTB, ACCESS and ZENITH.
Honestly i will be happy to see Zenith at N11 but put a time frame bro, dont just say in the nearest future. You can say, Quarter 1 xyz year, or quarter 4 xyz year.

Everyone can check the 5 years zenith charts on investing.com to see that its common for Zenith to do this type of swing between N11/13 to N23/26 yearly. So telling me Zenith will make its usual swing in the future is not doing me any favors. Some of us are also learning everyday not just waiting on predictions.

Kindly note that I would have you repeat all these things you have typed when price gets to 11.90
You would also have to tender an apology openly for having your mouth run like so.
Abeg leave the matter bros. Zenith will not touch N11 again this year except there is another lockdown lasting 3 months. Charts cant be right 100% of the time. If i see Zenith at N15 ,i will buy more. At your N11 na to sell all i have to buy Zenith. No beef against you, i just dont want you to confuse people.

I might have keyed in to Bitcoin at around N7600 but for your prediction here that said Btc dey go N5000. I dont hold that against you though.

Oga Meine, this unbundling thing was expected before now (April) but was delayed. Many of us positioned but had to leave when the thing no s.

ZENITH will face its litmus test today.

If the next week closes with a bearish body the we will of necessity see 11.90 and possibly lower. All the best everyone!
Stop Confusing people, Even though it favors me,i dont think Zenith is going down to N11.90 anytime in the future, Technicals dont have anything to do with COVID19 lockdown which caused the March Panic Selloff. If you couldn't predict the movement of Bitcoins correctly(which is your main field) be careful in saying Zenith will come down to N11.

I will increase my holding today so that UACN will constitute the 99% of my portfolio from the current 96%.
You are doing too much to market this UACN or is there more to it? Maybe you should break down the profit you envisage in monetary terms not just share exchange. grin

Apart from UPDC REIT which is on a good footing. I dont see any other solid company in that group for now. UACN is struggling for market share for example portland paint marketers have been calling me for a week now but i have opt for local paint producers in view of this COVID disruption, while UPDC is a loss making entity heavily invested in a saturated market.

NB: I have a friend in the mangement team of UPDC.

So whats the current fair value of the Naira, 380 or 450? I think the CBN is determined ( though foolishly) to hold the fx rate down till Dangote start pumping fuel.
